The relevance of this article is due to the constitutional obligation of the state to provide the population with a high level of education. The purpose of the article is to carry out scientific research on the issue of educational digitization in developed countries of the world and to develop a program of educational digitization in Ukraine. The leading research methods are general scientific and specific research methods, including methods of logic, analysis, comparison and more. The results of this study are to outline the real need of modern society in the digitization of education, to determine the legal and organizational basis of such processes in the country, to develop an effective, step-by-step program for the digitization of education in Ukraine. The significance of the obtained results is reflected in the fact that this study can serve as a basis for outlining future changes to the current legislation of Ukraine on the issues of the digitization of education and reformatting the work of the relevant state bodies in the educational sphere.
The article describes the possibilities of using one of the promising educational methods offered by modern informational technologiesvirtual reality, which is modeled with special computer equipment. The authors of the article substantiate the possibility of using virtual reality technologies in the educational process to improve the quality of professional preparation of future managers. In the era of information and communications technology one of the modern needs is to create a virtual learning environment. Virtual learning environment is created and developed for effective communication of all participants in the educational process. Information and communication technologies now make it possible to use electronic versions of printed books, textbooks and manuals, or a new type of (multimedia tools that use a computer, a multimedia projector and sensor board) for the educational environment. The definition of the essence and classification of types of innovations in education are given. The notion of "smartlearning" is defined and the prospects of its application are described. The experience in using the virtual reality technologies in the educational process is systematized and generalized. In addition, the views of various scholars on the essence and characteristics of the virtual educational environment are analyzed in the article. The application of methods of modeling and management of business processes at practical classes of students-managers is substantiated. The author's definition of the concept of manager's readiness for professional activity is offered. The pedagogical model of application of smart-technologies of virtual reality in the educational process is developed. The authors describe the main results of their pedagogical experiment on the possibilities of using smart-technologies of virtual reality in the educational process of professional preparation of students-managers. The results of the experiment are substantiated by statistical calculations, formulas, tables. It is proved that the usage of smart-technology of virtual reality helps to increase the level of quality of future managers' professional preparation and their readiness to professional work.
Successful reform of the higher education system in the context of COVID-19, both in a single country and in the world in the context of its development toward democratization, requires updated approaches to assessing the results of socialization of various categories of young people, and especially students. Since student age is a period of active formation of the inner need of a person to correlate his own aspirations with the interests of society, it is sensitive for the assimilation of social experience, socially significant activities, and the formation of an active creative personality. Higher education in the context of COVID-19 faces an important task - to ensure the education of "vital and socially competent person who can make independent choices and make responsible decisions in various life situations" the formation of their own motives and interests. It is important how much the student as a subject of socialization, independent in the information space, what is the level of his social competence, how quickly he chooses the field of activity in which he can achieve high professionalism. The article deals with the problem of socialization of student youth in modern conditions of a higher educational institution, associated with the processes of development and education of the individual. The features, stages and socio-pedagogical conditions of successful socialization of students in the context of COVID-19 are revealed.
The article deals with the peculiarities of distance learning. The factors, which influence the information environment, have been given. The newest technologies and methods used in distance learning are considered. The main components of information culture, which develop in the conditions of distance learning, have been listed. After the scientific sources analysis, generalization of native and foreign experience of the organization of distance education in higher educational establishments, the theoretical basis of organization of the remote education for the are stated. Pedagogical conditions of the organization of the distance education for the students of the pedagogical university are determined and checked in practice. Addressing them is relevant and important psycho-ducational problems, the solution is able to improve the efficiency of the educational process. The features of the impact of distance education on the individual as a member of academic cooperation. It was concluded that distance education is the most promising direction of development of education in general, especially the modernization of educational technology contents and professional education is a huge psychological -pedagogical potential.
The scientific prerequisites for studying the problem of social maturity are justified by the results of the analysis of social and cultural trends in the development of modern pedagogical education, the integration essence of pedagogical activity and the personality of the teacher make it possible to conclude that the theoretical search for effective ways of developing the social maturity of the future teacher is conditioned not only by educational practice, but by objective needs of society as well. In our thesis, we consider the concept of development of social maturity of the future teacher as the unity of purpose, essence, principles, structure, content and the result of its implementation in the pedagogical educational process. Methodological basis of the concept of development of social maturity at the philosophical level are the ideas of the active essence of man, his role in solving social, personal problems, the idea of natural and social integrity. The laws of the dialectic of unity and struggle of opposites, the transition of quantitative changes to qualitative, the principles of objectivity, determinism, development, systemicity and interaction, which allowed: to reveal the dialectic of the pedagogical educational process, to the implementation of the concept of development of social maturity; to identify contradictions, relationships of quantitative and qualitative changes inherent in the development of personality, at the stage of professional training in a higher education institution; to study the patterns of development of subjects of pedagogical education in the context of updating the information culture of society, taking into account the psychological patterns of all types of activity. The leading methodological foundations of the research concept are systematic and activity approaches that allowed to consider social maturity as an integral system, to identify its elements, to define the subordinate basis of interaction, to establish the internal and external relations and interdependence between them, to consider each element as a system, and «social maturity» as a subsystem of system education of a higher level – «maturity».
