O Programa Nacional de Imunização proporciona a cobertura vacinal dos imunobiológicos do Sistema único de Saúde para a população. Entre as diversas tecnologias de produção das vacinas que estão sendo avaliadas, inclui-se as que estão sendo realizadas com os ácidos nucleicos; uso de vetores virais; vacinas virais inativadas e as vacinas proteicas recombinantes - partículas semelhantes ao virus. Na pandemia atual do País, as vacinas que estão prontas para utilização são das empresas Astrazeneca, Sinovac e Pfizer. O Objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o conhecimento da população quanto à eficácia e a importância da vacinação como método preventivo à doença COVID 19 para a população brasileira. Foi realizado um questionário com 6 perguntas e um total de 38 participantes foram entrevistados, mencionando entre as suas respostas que um quantitativo de 80% dos entrevistados não apresentam dúvidas sobre os imunizantes da COVID, entretanto 77% destes mencionam a necessidade de divulgação científica em mídias sociais sobre a importância da vacinação. Contudo, existe uma falta de conhecimento da população sobre as vacinas, com relação a confiabilidade da erradicação e/ou redução da doença com a vacinação em massa.
Introdução: Os últimos relatos sobre a produção do pescado no estado do Pará indicam uma alta produtividade, sendo importante o alto padrão de qualidade na produção desta matéria-prima e subprodutos. Uma das formas de melhoria é a implantação de ferramentas de gestão de qualidade como as Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPFA) adequação das Boas Práticas de Fabricação de Pescado ainda está em crescimento no estado do Pará. Objetivo: O referido trabalho propôs capacitar os estudantes e profissionais graduados na área de alimentos: engenheiros de pesca, médicos veterinários, zootécnico com temas relacionados a boas práticas de fabricação. Material e métodos: A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo exploratória por envolver um projeto, no primeiro momento um circuito de palestras e treinamentos sobre Controle de Qualidade em Sistema de Pesca: Boas Práticas de Fabricação e Manipulação pela plataforma Google Meet entre o período de julho a dezembro de 2021 com docentes da Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia (UFRA), Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA), Universidade da Amazonia (UNAMA). O curso foi dividido em 4 módulos: I (Pescado Como Fonte de Renda, Economia e Impactos Microbiológicos), II (Cuidados higiênico-sanitários no Transporte, armazenamento e distribuição dos Produtos da Pesca e métodos de Conservação do Pescado a Frio), III (perigos microbiológicos na indústria, análise de perigos e pontos críticos de controle/S.I.FS),IV(BPFA), EPIS e EPCS obrigatórios; Treinamento prático sobre manipulação), ao final foi realizado uma pesquisa de satisfação através de questionário com 5 perguntas. No segundo momento, oficinas virtuais foram realizadas e foram separados 3 grupos com os temas: Processamento do Pescado Fresco(P-Nº185(1997)); Pescado Congelado (IN-N°-21(2017)) e Camarão (Resfriado/Congelado/Fresco)(IN-Nº 23(2019)). Resultados: Ao realizar a pesquisa de satisfação durante o circuito de palestras, os participantes indicaram pontos positivos como: A dinâmica do curso é uma prática essencial para a capacitação de recém graduados, graduandos e comunidade externa (profissionais recém-formados). Os 100% dos participantes informaram que indicariam o curso de extensão a outros participantes devido à grande importância de tal conhecimento na área da Pesca. Algumas sugestões foram ressaltadas pelos participantes; melhorias: "O circuito de palestras agregou conhecimento demais, porém -foram realizados virtualmente". Conclusão: Evidenciou-se a satisfação do público mediante ao circuito de palestras juntamente com “know-how” (habilidades adquiridas), adquirido referente à base fundamental do processamento de pescado com qualidade.

Material e Métodos: O curso foi realizado com a participação de profissionais e docentes da área de Controle de Qualidade dos Alimentos, através das palestras apresentadas, na plataforma Google Meet entre o período de Julho de 2021 a fevereiro de 2022 com docentes de instituições do ensino superior com diversos profissionais na área de Controle de Qualidade de empresas parceiras. O curso foi dividido em 4 módulos: Economia do Pescado; Cuidados higiênicos-sanitários na cadeia produtiva do pescado do Pescado; Análise de Perigos e Pontos Críticos de Controle; Treinamento prático sobre BPFs e Elaboração de Manual de Boas Práticas. Após a elaboração das palestras durante o curso foi realizado um formulário sobre pesquisa de satisfação dos 50 participantes. Resultados: Os resultados apresentados indicam pontos positivos na aprendizagem dos discentes, no qual 100% apresentaram satisfação com o curso, indicando apenas algumas melhorias. Conclusão: Evidenciou-se a satisfação do público mediante ao circuito de palestras e a importância da temática para a produção do pescado com qualidade.
