Review question / Objective: The combination of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), and uterine artery embolization (UAE) with uterine curettage has been proposed as a therapy strategy for cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP), which can provide a high success rate while reducing blood loss, adverse events, hospital time and cost. Therefore, we performed this meta-analysis to assess the effects of this combination therapy on the efficacy, safety, and pregnancy outcomes in patients with CSP. Eligibility criteria: (1) Study design: Cohort, case-control, or randomized controlled trials that compare the efficacy, safety, and recurrence of UAE combined with curettage and HIFU combined with uterine scraping in the treatment of cesarean section scar pregnancy. (2) Outcome: Success rate, blood loss, time of β-hCG normalization, adverse events, length of stay, hospital costs, menstrual recovery, re-pregnancy status, and pain score.
Review question / Objective: Single-port laparoscopy has been proposed as an ideal surgical method for treating uterine leiomyoma, which can effectively remove the lesion, reduce hemoglobin loss, and achieve good cosmetic results. Therefore, we retrieved related studies for a meta-analysis to evaluate the effects of single-hole laparoscopic resection of uterine fibroids, haemoglobin loss, and scar cosmetic effect. Eligibility criteria: (1) the type of study should be a randomized controlled study; (2) the participants should be women receiving single-hole laparoscopic laparoscopy or conventional laparoscopy; (3) the type of intervention, which should compare single-hole laparoscopic laparoscopy with uterine leiomyoma, and excluding the study with conventional laparoscopy, and (4) regarding the type of outcome, the study should measure at least one outcome of interest mentioned below.

At present, the treatment strategy for cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion, vaginal squamous intraepithelial lesion, condyloma acuminatum, and vulvar lichen sclerosis are to protect the normal organ structure and function as much as possible, reduce recurrence, prevent disease progression and carcinogenesis, and preserve female reproductive function.
