Hearing impaired are someone who has problems in their hearing function. To communicate with hearing impaired, a special form of communication using sign language is required so that the purpose of the conversation can be conveyed properly. Providing proper and appropriate education for hearing impaired individuals is very important. Android technology is the best and useful solution for learning for the hearing impaired in today's technological developments. The purpose of this research is to create an Android-based application that suits the needs of the hearing impaired. the research method used is scrum to find and utilize existing libraries and according to the needs for application development. In this application users can learn various kinds of subjects through videos and document of subject matter that has been uploaded by the teacher, users can also download the subject matter they want so that users can study anytime and anywhere without having to be limited by time and limited internet access. Some of the other features contained in this application are the quiz feature, the make schedule feature, the event feature, the chat feature, the memory game feature and other features that can help maximize the online learning process for people with hearing disabilities
