Our results indicate that activation of USP22 correlates with CRC progression and therapy failure. Additionally, the oncogenic role of USP22 in the progression of CRC can be mechanistically linked with BMI-1, c-Myc, and cyclin D2, but not with p16INK4a and p14ARF.
Based on diatomite as modifier, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene as compatibilizer, wood flour as reinforcing material, through single screw extruder, diatomite based wood plastic composite was prepared. The results show that: compared with one-grade-diatomite (OGD) and two-grade-diatomite (TGD), mechanical properties of the composites prepared by calcined diatomite (CD) are better, tensile strength and impact strength reached 46.9MPa and 20.1MPa. With respect to the diatomite types, it is more significant for the effects of MAPP mass on the mechanical properties of composites. The amount of MAPP was controlled in 4%, the mechanical properties of composites are better. The study of rheological properties showed that, the flow property of composites produced by calcined diatomite is better; the interface of the composite components is closer and more superior processability.
This study used Ag-embedded nanoTiO2, xylan and water-soluble Chitosan as antibacterial agents, respectively prepared shutter blades through the treating solution of the different concentration and the different drug loading amount of the poplar veneer. Through a single factor experiment, this paper analyzes that the different antibacterial agent, concentration of antibacterial agent and the drug loading amount have an effect on the antibacterial properties of the shutter blades. The results show that the order of antibacterial performance of the shutter blades impregnated antibacterial agents is the Ag-embedded nanoTiO2, Chitosan, Xylan. Comprehensiv-ely thought the antibacterial properties and economic index, the optimal concentration of the Ag-embedded nanoTiO2 impregnation solution is 1%.
Auto-focus is a key technology for visual presenter, this paper mainly presents how to achieve the function of auto-focus on Hi3515. The 4x4 integer DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) shown as Eq. (2) was used to indicate whether the system was on accurate focus or not. Because the 4x4 integer DCT not only has the characteristics of single peak value, non-deflection, reliability, high-speed, but also has lower complex computation than the other frequency methods such as FFT(Fast Fourier Transform), DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform). This paper employed the method of monotonic and blind hill climbing to achieve auto-focus. The result of auto-focus is shown as Fig. 6.
