The natural gas consumption has changed significantly in last ten years in China. This paper conducted a series of evaluations to analyze the China natural gas consumption. By analyzing the natural gas consumption sector, three important sectors, Industrial, Residential and Transport, are chosen as the study objectives. The main application of these three factors were discussed and different determinants for each sector were chosen. Correlation factor of each determinant was then calculated through grey coefficients analysis to investigate the relationship between determinants and natural gas consumption. We hope this evaluation can help to provide better policy plan of natural gas consumption in China.
Integrated employment of wireline logging and seismic data, turbidite fan types and distribution characteristics were analyzed in the Paleogene strata of the second Member of Dongying Formaiton. The results showed that: the study area developed many types of turbidite fan, including the slump turbidite fans, deepwater turbidite fan, steep nearshore turbidite fan, far shore slope turbidite fan, etc. There are significant differences in the developmental environment, sedimentary characteristics, the main factors and so on. The differences in delta size, provenance, ancient terrain and triggering mechanism affect the development of different turbidite fan deposits. By identifying wireline logs stacking patterns, the external geometry and internal reflection structure of seismic events, the types of lacustrine fan identification modes were determined. And also with three-dimensional seismic attribute analysis techniques for predicting sublacustrine fan and determining the plane distribution, it provide basic geological evidence for lacustrine fan hydrocarbon reservoir exploration.
Metal supply is very important for economic development and the environmental effect on metal supply has become a serious problem. The main challenge is to decide how to quantify the environmental effect. A series of researches have promoted different methods. This paper promotes an improved approach for assessment of environmental effect on metal supply. LCA method was used and system steps of the mining and processing during LCA method of a specific metal was first identified. The midpoint and endpoint data were derived separately for Al and Cu as case study. Then normalization was applied to the endpoint data and the section with biggest value was considered most serious environmental effect. And the endpoint value for this section is chosen as environmental implication for a specific metal. We hope this approach can be a convenient and practical method for the environmental effect assessment.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
