<em>Lifestyle</em><em> is </em><em>one of the factors that influence consumer behavior. The increase in spending on the consumption of food and beverage in Indonesia shows changes in people's lifestyles, including college students who like eating out. Food consumption is closely related to the eating mindset and preferences of someone. This study aims to analyze college students’ preferences of foods and beverages; analyze the student's eating mindset and analyze the correlation between college students’ eating mindset and preferences of foods and beverages in Bandar Lampung City. This research used a survey method. The data was collected from May to July 2020 (the Covid-19 pandemic period). The sampling technique used was quota sampling and the number of samples was 500 college students in Bandar Lampung City. The primary data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Kendall's Tau correlation test. The results showed that: (1) college students' preference of beverages was higher than foods and based on the variety, the highest preference of main course/meal was noodles, the snack was pempek and beverages were bottled mineral water; (2) the college student's eating mindset about the benefits of eating is good enough, but the consumption is still rice oriented and (3) eating mindset about the benefits of eating dimensions has a significant negative effect on the preferences of college students in Bandar Lampung City for meals made from rice and flour, and snacks made from flour and sago. College students' knowledge of food and nutrition, and also local food diversification needs to be improved to achieve the goal of food diversification.</em>

This study aims to analyze the cost of production, added value, internal and external factors and operational strategies of Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry. This research is a case study involving respondents of agroindustry owners, employees, and consumers and addition to lecturers of agribusiness and employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The data was analyzed quantitative descriptively by cost of goods manufactured and added value and qualitative descriptively by SWOT analysis . The result showed that the production cost of Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry was IDR45,938/kg to IDR106,856/kg. The added value generated was IDR17,241.75/kg – IDR103,385.89/kg. After knowing the total value of internal factors and externals factor, it was known that the agroindustry was in quadrant I (growth). The strategy that might be implemented was to expand the marketing areas, increase production and carry out by online marketing using promotion and business development by utilizing its strengths. This study aims to study the halal certification process of banana processed products at the Institute forFood, Drugs, and Cosmetics Studies of The Indonesian Ulama Council (LPPOM MUI) Lampung Provinceto find out the increase in sales of banana chips after obtaining a halal certificate, and to explore consumer behavior of Lampung banana chips branded KPS, PD. AS, and KPKK. The research is conducted by surveymethod. Data collection was conducted in March 2019 in which 45 people were selected by using accidentalsampling. The data are analyzed by descriptive analysis and Attitude model of Multiatribute Fishbein. Thehalal certification process carried out by LPPOM MUI Lampung Province on banana chips agroindusty hasseveral online steps on web regs.e-lppommui.org. The increase in sales after obtaining a halal certificate is an increase in the number of production with the turnover reaching 40 percent. When purchasing bananachips, halal is highly considered by consumers. Consumers at KPS, PD. AS, and KPKK are satisfied andmay repurchase.Key words: banana chips, consumers, halal certificate
This research aims to analyze the contribution of catfish cultivation enlargement to household income and the welfare of catfish cultivators household. The research data was collected in Sub-District of Natar of South Lampung regency in December 2017 -January 2018. Respondents in this research were 30 cultivators of catfish enlargement, chosen on purpose for they have been actively running their business and 4 expert people in catfish cultivation. Primary data was obtained by interviewing the respondents, while secondary data was obtained from several related institutions. Collected household income was included cultivation income of catfish, off-farm income, and non-farm income. The level of household welfare was analyzed by three criterias namely Sajogyo, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN). The result showed that the average income of catfish cultivators business contributed 44,27 percent of the total household income of Rp52.340.376,00 per year. The household welfare level based on Sajogyo showed that 20 percent of households were in the almost-poor category, 50 percent in moderate, and 30 percent in decent living class. Based on BPS and BKKBN category showed that 20 percent of households were in the less prosperous and 80 percent were prosperous.
