At present, research on water environmental carrying capacity (WECC) at home and abroad mainly focuses on surface water carrying capacity and ignores groundwater pollution receiving capacity,which leads to the research results cannot objectively reflect the actual situation. This paper treated both surface water and groundwater as a whole research object; used analytic hierarchy process (AHP); selected surface water environmental capacity and groundwater pollution receiving capacity as the first level indicators; built the scoring system and weight system; and accomplished comprehensive carrying capacity assessment of water environment in Zhengzhou city. Assessment result shows that very low WECC zone reduces by 5.1 times, low WECC zone reduces by 1.1 times, medium WECC zone increases by 2.6 times, and very high WECC zone increases by 1.5 times compared with the result which considers surface water only. Therefore, treating both surface water and groundwater as a whole to evaluate the WECC is more in line with objective reality. It is also conducive to water environmental protection policy formulation.
Punctuation restoration plays an essential role in the postprocessing procedure of automatic speech recognition, but model efficiency is a key requirement for this task. To that end, we present EfficientPunct, an ensemble method with a multimodal time-delay neural network that outperforms the current best model by 1.0 F1 points, using less than a tenth of its parameters to process embeddings. We streamline a speech recognizer to efficiently output hidden layer latent vectors as acoustic embeddings for punctuation restoration, as well as BERT to extract meaningful text embeddings. By using forced alignment and temporal convolutions, we eliminate the need for multihead attention-based fusion, greatly increasing computational efficiency but also raising performance. Efficient-Punct sets a new state of the art, in terms of both performance and efficiency, with an ensemble that weights BERT's purely language-based predictions slightly more than the multimodal network's predictions.
Learning field curriculum program is a curriculum model in which thematic unit are designed and organized according to the process of professional task and work, which is a core in curriculum development of modern vocational education in German. This article describes the curriculum reform in learning field and its three basic elements in curriculum model concerned. Moreover, taken Basic Computer course as an example, the paper details the whole process of organization of the learning field curriculum model, such as teaching content designing, teaching and implementing.
Hollow nanofiber In2O3 is synthesized by electrospinning. The as-synthesized materials are characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray power diffraction (XRD). The formaldehyde sensing properties of the devices using In2O3 films are investigated at different operating temperatures. The results reveal that the response of hollow nanofiber In2O3 sensor is about 2.5 to 1 ppm formaldehyde at the optimum operating temperature of 270°C. The response and recovery time is about 3 s and 19 s, respectively. Moreover, sensor possesses a good selectivity to some common gas.
