In this paper, ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to establish a more reliable three-dimensional milling titanium alloy Ti6Al4V finite element simulation model. This model sets up important links such as the material constitutive model, the tool-chip contact friction model, and the chip separation criterion. And the accuracy of the model is verified by experiments. Based on this model, orthogonal experiment was used to explore the effects of axial cutting depth, tool speed and feed speed on the milling force. And the morphology of the chip and the surface morphology of the machined workpiece were investigated. The results show that the influence of cutting parameters on milling force from high to low is as follows: axial cutting depth > tool speed > feed rate. The change of cutting parameters has different influence on milling force in all directions, and has the largest influence on milling force in X direction.
At present, the ability to generate the tools processing path is commonplace in CAD/CAM systems, but the technology used for NC programming is still based on G, M code. According to all questions of the CNC system, it is proposed a new idea that we use one of the UG modules UG GRIP to generate the tools processing coordinates to replace the G, M code program. And we make use of kernel platform as a middleware providing bridges between the software modules on upper-computer and the CNC machine by using the process and resource models. In addition, we detailed introduce the DSP control system design and software design based on this design concept, and give the control flow. it initial realizes X-Y table of the CNC milling machine two-axis moving at the same time base on DSP, which not only prove the correctness of previous principle but are beneficial to further research and application.
Abstract:In the computer aided design of doors and windows, the computer only accurate positioning of fan region in the original frame position to further the design of the plastic window. Based on the design software of a door and window, the concept of convex hull in computational geometry is applied to identify the fan regions in the design of plastic steel doors and windows. The convex hull algorithm is used to analyze the frame coordinates to form a convex hull.Using Delaunay triangulation algorithm for convex hull analysis all triangle region The triangulation network is analyzed and merged, and all the fan regions are finally obtained. The convex hull algorithm can overcome the traditional plastic window cannot identify shaped window design software fan area faults, thus greatly expand the scope of design software.
Recently, economic model has been widely applied in cloud platforms for regulating virtual resource sharing. In the economic model, resource pricing scheme plays a key role for managing the relationship between cloud users and cloud providers. In this paper, we present a novel pricing scheme for virtual resource provision with aiming at improving resource utilisation and reducing operational costs for cloud providers. Unlike previous studies, the proposed pricing scheme applies producer-retailer-client model to describe the procedure of virtual resource trade and provides the optimal pricing solution by using gaming theory. Extensive experiments are conducted in a real-world cloud platform, and the results demonstrate that the proposed pricing scheme outperforms other approaches in terms of the increased profit and the reduction of variance of virtual resource prices.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
