Drawing upon social cognitive & social network theories, this study examines individual-level and network-level factors which potentially affect multicultural individuals’ information sharing behavior via social media. The data has been collected from the foreigners (multicultural individuals) who visited visa centers in three different cities in China. The proposed model tests a combined effect of past sharing experience (PE), trust (TR), perceived benefit (PB), perceived richness (RI), & information sharing attitude (ATT), on information sharing behavior (Beh). The data has been analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results illustrate PE, TR and PB positively affects ATT which further influences Beh. Since scant studies focus on information sharing behavior of multicultural individuals – this research contributes to the IS literature, particularly to the information sharing via social media in a multicultural perspective. The results are likely to be useful guidance for practitioners and scholars intending to evaluate social media information sharing behavior.
This thesis presents and summarizes the theory of multi-domain feature mapping in details and provides a basis of the conversion from design domain features to cost domain feature. It studies the current cost modeling techniques based on cost feature, and describes the whole process of cost feature modeling. This thesis lays a foundation for cost estimation.
For regions without adequate strong ground motion records, a method is developed to establish strong ground motion attenuation relationships, based on the stochastic method. Sendai area of Japan is selected as the target, since there are enough data from seismographic observation for calculation, and those from strong ground motion observation and some empirical relationships for result testing. Three parameters related to regional source and crustal medium are inversed by the micro-Genetic Algorithm. Total of 240 records from 77 small events, recorded by F-net, are adopted for the inversion. Fourier spectra are adopted as the objective function. These parameters are then taken into the stochastic method to estimate PGA. The regional ground motion attenuation relationships are compared with some strong ground motion records from K-NET and some empirical relationships to illustrate the reliability of this method.
The successful matchings of the coal face equipments can fully play the effect of complete sets of equipments and achieve high yields and efficiency on coal faces .in this paper, ontology is used in the "three-machine"selection and matching knowledge modeling, which adopts the thought of combination on lateral and vertical modelings, and reuses the semantic body technology according to the characteristics of "three-machine" knowledge. As a result, the efficiency of ontology construction is improved largely and ontology structuration and standardization are strengthened. The ontology not only provides the exact knowledge representations, but also achieves knowledge reasoning and queries based on users to realize knowledge sharing and reusing. It provides a technical support for optimal matchings on" three-machine".
In view of knowledge management problems for the manufacturing industries , this paper presents an approach of knowledge organization and management based on ontology. Knowledge model of high-pressure hose knitting machine is completed by the use of ontology modularization technology and ontology integration technology. It achieves a greater range of knowledge sharing and reusing ,provides a technical support for the enterprise to speed up product design , and has a certain significance on knowledge accumulations and innovations of manufacturers.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
