Die Reaktion von 1‐Brom‐adamantan mit Phosphortrichlorid in Gegenwart von Aluminiumbromid führt zur Bildung von Adamantan‐phosphonsäure‐(1)‐dichlorid (1). Die Eigenschaften der Verbindung und die Darstellung weiterer phosphorhaltiger 1‐Adamantan‐Verbindungen werden beschrieben.
rnDurch Quecksilberacetat-Addition an Cyclooctadien-(1.5) (1) wurde 2.6-Bis-[acetoxymercuri]-9-oxa-bicyclo[3.3. Ilnonan (2) erhalten, aus dem durch Austausch des Quecksilber-Restes gegen Jod und anschlieRende Dehydrohalogenierung 9-0xa-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonadien-(2.6) (6) entstand. Die Quecksilberacetat-Addition an dieses Dien ergab 4.8-Bis-[acetoxymercuri]-2.6-dioxa-adamantan (7), das in 2.6-Dioxa-adamantan (9) selbst iibergefuhrt werden konnte. Die Schwefeldichlorid-Addition an das Dien fiihrte zum 4.8-Dichlor-2-oxa-6-thia-adamantan (lo), aus dem 2-Oxa-6-thia-adamantan (11) hergestellt wurde.
WEs ist bekannt, da13 man durch Quecksilberacetat-Addition an geeignete 1.6-Diene in p.P'-Stellung dimercurierte cyclische Ather erhalten kann2). Wir haben diese Reaktion auf Cyclooctadien-(1.5) (1) angewandt und erhielten in wa13riger Losung 2.6-Bis-[acetoxymercuri]-9-oxa-bicyclo[3.3.l]nonan (Z), das mit Kaliumjodid in 2.6-Bisjodmercuri-9-oxa-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonan (3) ubergefuhrt wurde. Aus 3 lierj sich durch Einwirkung von Jod die 2.6-Dijod-Verbindung 4 gewinnen, deren Struktur durch katalytische Hydrierung zum bekannten 9-0xa-bicyclo[3.3. llnonan (5) bewiesen wurde.
