ABSTRAKJumlah kasus chronic kidney disease yang harus menjalani terapi hemodialisa sejumlah 400 pasien dari 1.000.000 penduduk di Indonesia (Situmorang, 2013). Pemantauan keberhasilan hemodialisa diukur dari Inter Dialilytic Weight Gain (IDWG) yang tidak lebih dari 4 % berat kering. Nilai IDWG yang melebihi dari normal menimbulkan gejala edema, sesak nafas, dan rasa tidak nyaman. Salah satu kepatuhan pasien dalam mempertahankan IDWG adalah self efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh edukasi terstruktur terhadap self efficacy dan IDWG pada pasien hemodialisa. Desain penelitian quasi experimen, dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 38 pasien hemodialisa dibagi dua kelompok 22 kelompok intervensi dan 16 kelompok kontrol. Edukasi diberikan dengan gambar dan video dalam media LCD proyektor dan leaflet. IDWG diukur dengan observasi berat badan sedangkan self efficacy menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan uji t-dependen dan tindependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian edukasi terstruktur pada kelompok intervensi meningkatkan self efficaccy untuk mengontrol intake cairan antar waktu dialysis (p=0,000, α=0,05), dan menurunkan IDWG (p=0,04, α=0,05). Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol penerapan edukasi meningkatkan self efficacy (p=0,03, α=0,05), namun tidak menurnkan IDWG (p=0,053, α=0,05). Hasil analisis lanjut menggunakan uji t-independen pada kedua kelompok ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dalam self efficacy dan IDWG (p > 0,05). Edukasi terstruktur berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self efficacy dan menurunkan IDWG. Integrity is one character instilled into the participants of Character Education Reinforcement (Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter-PPK) policies, as mentioned in the Government Regulation Number 87 of 2017. The research revealed integrity reinforcement management in MTsN 2 Tasikmalaya. The present study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation to collect the data. The results showed that the management of integrity character education in MTsN included several activities. (1) Planning, conducted by the stakeholder representatives to discuss the intra-curricular activities (learning), co-curricular (enrichment), extracurricular, and counseling. (2) Organizing, conducted by the principal, committee, teachers, and staff of the madrasah. (3) Implementing the activities, treating the civic education subject as the leading sector for implementing integrity reinforcement. (4) Monitoring by the principal, vice-principal in charge of the students, and civic education and counseling teachers. The management success was supported by the surrounding environments of the madrasah, teachers, and staff (internal) and parents and society (external). Meanwhile, the program faced some obstacles from the social media and the social environment of the learners. The findings imply the need for good cooperation between the madrasah, parents, and society. Monitoring the social media and the social interaction among learners become the concerns of the stakeholders.
<p class="05Abstrak">Abstrak</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">Memaknai lafadz dalam al-Qur’an membutuhkan sebuah pemahaman yang pasti, terutama dalam memaknai hak dan kewajiban antara suami dan istri dalam berumahtangga. Untuk mencapai harapan dalam berumahtangga, semua pasangan menginginkan bagaimana menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. Dan untuk itu diperlukan suatu keseragaman pemahaman tentang hak dan kewajiban antara suami dan istri. Melalui tulisan ini, peneliti ingin mengkaji makna hak-hak tersebut melalui kajian tafsir baik tafsir klasik maupun kontemporer. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-komperatif, penulis menerapkan kajian analisis dengan menerapkan beberapa kajian dari mufassir klasik hingga kontemporer. Dari kajian tersebut menghasilkan bahwa untuk menuju kebahagiaan yang harmonil dalam berumahtangga harus saling menghargai agar terjalin kehidupan yang sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah.</p><p class="07KatakunciKeywords"><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: Hak dan Kewajiban, Sakinah, Mawaddah, Rahmah</p><p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">Interpreting lafadz in the Qur'an requires a definite understanding, especially in interpreting the rights and obligations between husband and wife in marriage. To achieve hope in marriage, all couples want how to create a harmonious family. And for that we need a uniform understanding of the rights and obligations between husband and wife. Through this paper, the researcher wants to examine the meaning of these rights through the study of interpretations of both classical and contemporary interpretations. By using descriptive-comparative method, the author applies an analytical study by applying several studies from classical to contemporary commentators.
