ABSTRAKJumlah kasus chronic kidney disease yang harus menjalani terapi hemodialisa sejumlah 400 pasien dari 1.000.000 penduduk di Indonesia (Situmorang, 2013). Pemantauan keberhasilan hemodialisa diukur dari Inter Dialilytic Weight Gain (IDWG) yang tidak lebih dari 4 % berat kering. Nilai IDWG yang melebihi dari normal menimbulkan gejala edema, sesak nafas, dan rasa tidak nyaman. Salah satu kepatuhan pasien dalam mempertahankan IDWG adalah self efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh edukasi terstruktur terhadap self efficacy dan IDWG pada pasien hemodialisa. Desain penelitian quasi experimen, dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 38 pasien hemodialisa dibagi dua kelompok 22 kelompok intervensi dan 16 kelompok kontrol. Edukasi diberikan dengan gambar dan video dalam media LCD proyektor dan leaflet. IDWG diukur dengan observasi berat badan sedangkan self efficacy menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan uji t-dependen dan tindependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian edukasi terstruktur pada kelompok intervensi meningkatkan self efficaccy untuk mengontrol intake cairan antar waktu dialysis (p=0,000, α=0,05), dan menurunkan IDWG (p=0,04, α=0,05). Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol penerapan edukasi meningkatkan self efficacy (p=0,03, α=0,05), namun tidak menurnkan IDWG (p=0,053, α=0,05). Hasil analisis lanjut menggunakan uji t-independen pada kedua kelompok ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dalam self efficacy dan IDWG (p > 0,05). Edukasi terstruktur berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self efficacy dan menurunkan IDWG. Latar Belakang. Perubahan tekanan darah dapat terjadi selama menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Perubahan dapat terjadi peningkatan atau penurunan tekanan darah. Berdasarkan karakteristik pasien, faktor usia, Interdialityc Weight Gain (IDWG), quick of blood (QoB) dan lama hemodialisa memiliki kaitan dengan perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa pada pasien PGK yang menjalani hemodialisa rutin di UPTD RSUD Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode. Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-secsional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 123 responden yang yang dipilih berdasarkan tehnik consecutive sampling. Instrumen peneliti menggunakan lembar observasi dan sphygmomanometer aneroid. Data dianalisis dengan uji Pearson Chi-Suare. Hasil. Hasilnya sebanyak 108 (87,8%) mengalami perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa, baik mengalami penurunan maupun peningkatan, sedangkan 15 (12,2%) tidak mengalami perubahan tekanan darah (tetap). Sebanyak 64 (52%) responden mengalami penurunan tekanan darah post hemodialisa. Faktor usia (p-value = 0,604; 95% CI); IDWG (p-value = 0,144; 95% CI); QoB (p-value = 0,767; 95% CI); dan lama menjalani hemodialisa (p-value = 0,506; 95% CI) tidak berhubung dengan perubahan tekanan danarah post hemodialisa. Kesimpulan dan Saran. Perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor usia, IDWG, QoB, dan lama waktu menjalani hemodialisa. Artinya ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa dan mendapatkan metode yang tepat untuk menemuka faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa.
