Penanaman apotek hidup sangat penting bagi masyarakat terutama untuk meningkatkan sumber imunitas tubuh di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu di Desa Tapan, Kec Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung Provinsi Jawa Timur terkait pentingnya apotek hidup. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) adalah dengan pendampingan secara luring dan daring. Peserta pendampingan adalah perwakilan ibu-ibu kader Desa Tapan, Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Guna melihat nilai tambah dan kebermanfaatan kegiatan pengabdian, maka sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pengabdian, peserta akan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang dibuat dengan Google Form. Hasil penilaian kebermanfaatan kegiatan pengabdian dengan hasil 27% sangat bermanfaat dan 73% bermanfaat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pentingnya manfaat apotek hidup sebagai sarana pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga akan obat-obatan yang hemat biaya dan bebas bahan kimia di era pandemi Covid-19.
The use of personal protective equipment masks is an important factor in protecting workers from potential hazards while working in marble processing. Many diseases are caused by exposure to dust, especially acute respiratory infections (ARI). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of masks and the incidence of ARI in marble stone workers in Besole village, Besuki Tulungagung district. The design of this study is an analytic association using a cross-sectional design. The population is all marble stone workers in Besole village, Besuki Tulungagung district. The sample size is 44 respondents, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The independent variable of this study is the use of masks and the dependent variable is the incidence of ARI. Data collection using a questionnaire was given to marble workers in Besole Village, Besuki Tulungagung sub-district. Data analysis used the Spearman Rho statistical test with Confidence Interval (CI): of 95% or = 0.05. The results showed that most of the respondents, 28 respondents (64%), wore masks and half of the respondents, 22 respondents (50%), had mild ARI. The statistical test results showed p value = 0.015 < α = 0.05 which means H0 was rejected so it can be stated that there is a relationship between the use of masks and the incidence of ARI in marble stone workers. The conclusion from the results of this study is the use of masks when working properly and correctly as self-protection from dust so that marble workers do not experience pain, especially ARI.
COVID-19 telah menyebabkan pembatasan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kelompok paling rentan dalam masyarakat, seperti penyandang disabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki efek pembatasan lockdown COVID-19 terhadap kualitas hidup anak-anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif (explanatory research). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dijawab oleh responden (anak intelektual). Data diolah dan dianalisis berdasarkan analisis univariat. Melihat gambaran kualitas hidup dan mengedintifikasi berdasarkan domain kesehatan fisik, psikologis, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan. Hasil: Dari total 54 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas memiliki kualitas hidup buruk yaitu 38 responden (64,9 %) dan kualitas hidup baik yaitu 16 responden (35,1%). Kesimpulan: Peneliti menemukan pada siswa-siswi yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik seperti intelektual akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup mereka dan mayoritas mengalami kualitas hidup yang buruk.
