This article proposes the concept Tourism Competitive Advantage which emphasizes the development of tourism in knowledge quality and destination innovativeness by increasing entrepreneurship learning. The population of this study is the tourism industry in Central Java Province with 200 possessed by the government and private owners. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique, 120 tourism leaders in Central Java Province. The result showed that 3 proposed hypothesis were supported by empirical data and one hypothesis was not supported. When destination innovativeness increase will enhance competitive tourism and it was supported by empirical data. Knowledge quality which was developed as an antecedent to increase destination competitiveness advantages was not supported by empirical data. This condition is caused by knowledge quality indicators which include adaptable, applicable and expandable have not been carried out intensively, extensively and comprehensively. Knowledge quality has positive influence in destination innovativeness. Entrepreneur learning has positive influence in knowledge quality. The evidence of this model contributes to the theory by extending support for social exchange theory and knowledge management into the context of strategies for tourism marketing and development. This paper initiates a new research agenda of tourism competitive advantage with implication for future research, practice and public policy.

With social media, the opportunities to promote the tourism destination are virtually endless. This exploratory research is examining crowd working as a new term in tourism that has not been investigated clearly and there is not much information available on it. The purpose of conducting this research is to develop more understanding about crowd working and provide answers to how crowdfunding benefit for tourism industry. This research conducted in Tourism destination in Central java. Data analysed with Amos statistical software. Crowd working in tourism industry defines as tourism destination that employ digital natives to tagging photographs and review their experience in visiting destination to their social media with tagging accounts, hashtag, communities and people. The result show that Crowd working and knowledge destination create an engagements of destination innovativeness to promote the destination trough social media content and this holds an enormous potential for the tourism industry. Knowledge destination is an amount or information own by a tourism destination resources about the destination. Having sufficient knowledge of tourist destinations will be able to increase the power of innovation so that the impact on marketing performance of tourism destinations will be increased. The power of innovation in a tourist destination greatly supports tourism marketing. Visitors always want to get new experiences and new stories in visiting a tourist destination. The ability of a destination to innovate following changes in existing tourist interests is needed in determining the marketing strategy of a tourist destination. In improving the marketing performance of tourist destinations can be improved through the role of crowd working with its indicators digital communities, social media promotion and networking; through the role of ownership of knowledge destinations and innovativeness. The existing literature on the crowdsourcing concept is relatively limited. Accordingly, this research adds a novel contribution to crowdsourcing literature and evaluates it and its impact as a source of the transformation of the tourism marketing.

Service and experience playas an important role in hospitality sector. Nowness service defines as a costumer centric and fostering value added to service given to the customers. Newness facilitating customers to have different and satisfy experience. Activating newness can generate advantage of real time experience. This study aimed to analyze how newness service and real time experience can improve tourism marketing performance. This study contributes to marketing theory by describing how the combination of technology, (digital services via nowness service) supports real-time experience through social media and other digital platforms in improving. The core purpose of this paper is to explore " nowness services" and support the development of a real-time service ecosystem, through examining new and real-time interactions through social media and other digital platforms.This research conduct in 102 travel agents in java, data obtained analize using Sem PLS software analysis. Nowness service in religious travel agents are expected to be relevant in experience enchantments for its customers and fostering sustainable tourism marketing. Real time experience will achieve the sustainable tourism marketing.this paper make best practice contribution to the wider tourism and hospitality industries and destination to adopt dynamic and agile methodology for co-creating real time value.
