O artigo traz um relato de prática docente que lança mão do uso da literatura na disciplina de educação inclusiva para a diversidade do curso de licenciatura em química do instituto federal do Amapá, campus Macapá. A reflexão se justifica na busca de possibilidades de abordagens da literatura afro-brasileira que perpassam a exposição de aspectos gramaticais e conduz ao aprimoramento de outras habilidades importantes no processo educacional de estudantes no ensino básico e superior. O relato tem como objetivo principal analisar o uso da literatura feito pelo docente em suas aulas, assim como refletir sobre as temáticas abordadas em consonância com a lei 10.639/03. Trata-se de um artigo descritiva que indica o caminho metodológico percorrido pelo educador e que resultou no sugerir do uso da literatura em sala junto com a oralidade, leitura em voz alta e escrita de forma integrada e complementar para o aprimoramento da criticidade pelos estudantes envolvidos nas atividades em sala de aula.

Education has even become present in academic debates, always with relevant themes related to accessibility and teaching. This study will address fundamental issues with regard to a greater appreciation of students with disabilities in school spaces, proposing attitudinal, conceptual, methodological and structural changes in pedagogical environments. The student-teacher relationship in the classroom will also be discussed, prosing general changes in the educational process, adapting the studentsꞌ reality to the environment in which they find themselves, in order to generate greater engagement and development of the learning process.
