La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir los efectos de prisionalización en internos condenados del complejo metropolitano de Bogotá y cuáles de estos inciden sobre el posible desarrollo de un trastorno adaptativo. La investigación de corte no experimental, tipo descriptivo longitudinal se llevó a cabo con 50 internos a quienes se les aplicó, en un primer momento, el instrumento IVIC (Instrumento para la Valoración Integral de Condenados); de estos, 15 personas fueron clasificadas con efectos de Prisionalización. Posteriormente, para evaluar la presencia de un trastorno adaptativo, a esta muestra se le aplicó el instrumento P-IPG (Perfil-inventario de la Personalidad de Gordon), cuyos resultados fueron: en las variables de ascendencia 33.3%, Responsabilidad 93.3%, Estabilidad emocional 86.6%, sociabilidad 20%, Autoestima 33.3%, Cautela 40%, Originalidad 80%, Relaciones Personales 33.3% y Vigor 66.6%. Para futuras investigaciones se recomienda ampliar la muestra y hacer comparaciones significativas entre delitos y entre géneros para evaluar el Trastorno Adaptativo con los efectos de Prisionalización.
Este artículo suscita el debate con una mirada crítica de la justicia social como un determinante estructural (desde el modelo de los determinantes sociales) para la salud mental. Para ello, es importante recordar lo que dicta la OMS y en especial la 1751 de 2015 del Ministerio de Salud y de la Protección Social de la Republica de Colombia, en especial en el artículo 9, el cual se enfoca a operacionalizar a los determinantes sociales bajo una orientación de reducir las desigualdades y a promover el goce y mejoramiento de la salud, elevando la calidad de vida. Sin embargo, al estar en una realidad compleja y tan visible de factores que alteran el statu quo del deber ser de la justicia dentro de un marco democrático, causando afectación en la integridad, el bienestar, la calidad y la armonía en las personas, entra en la mesa de discusión el papel de la justicia social en el escenario mental. Fenómenos como la violencia, por ejemplo, será uno de esos elementos que, de manera indiscutible, afecte este derecho inalienable. Por ello, Hablar de una política sanitaria mental desde los determinantes sociales, amparado bajo algunas miradas integradoras, como por ejemplo desde un enfoque colectivo, permite analizar la condición de una postura analítica más allá de lo patológico y contemplando al ser como un sujeto social, histórico, psicológico, cultural, político y por ende, su salud mental también.
Objetivos: Con la meta de contribuir al desarrollo del servicio pericial, se pone a prueba la confiabilidad de la “Guía para Comprender y Valorar la Calidad de la Formulación en Salud Mental Forense – TECF”. Método: Doce profesionales de la salud mental de diversas tradiciones latinoamericanas valoraron la calidad de diez informes periciales internacionales, psicológicos y psiquiátricos, utilizando la TECF. La guía cuenta con manual que describe dimensiones, criterios e indicadores para apreciar la calidad de la formulación forense. Resultados: Los indicadores de congruencia interna tuvieron rango 0,34-0,81 para las dimensiones y valor de 0,85 para el total de la TECF. El coeficiente de correlación intraclase de acuerdo absoluto entre evaluadores con similar tradición alcanzó valores de 0,72; 0,52; 0,76 y 0,77 para las dimensiones, y de 0,84 para el total. El acuerdo entre evaluadores con tradiciones disímiles fue menor. Conclusiones: La TECF resulta un instrumento promisorio para guiar la apreciación de la calidad y estimular el perfeccionamiento de las formulaciones periciales. Desde la métrica tradicional se recomienda cautela por el efecto de tradiciones prácticas diversas.
