Zusammenfassung, Es wird der Gasaustausch in der mensehlichen Placenta unter Berficksichtigung der Tatsache untersucht, 4al~ der CO2-Transport fiber den Bohr-Effekt den 02-Austausch bzw. der 02-Transport fiber den Haldane-Effekt den C02-Austauseh beeinflul3t. Auf der Grundlage der I)iffusionsgesetze und bei Anwendung eines zweifachen Iterationsverfahrens gelangg man zu folgenden Ergebnissen:1. Der Verlauf der effektiven, d. h. mater den Austauschbedingmagen der Placenta maBgebenden O 2-und CO~-Bindungskurven l~Bt sich numerisch bestimmen. 5. Die Ergebnisse lassen die Grtmdarmahme eines multivillSsen Strombahnsystems als gerechtfertigg erscheinen.
Das miitterlieh-fetale Durehblutungsverh~ltnis (2M/(~F und dasDer Austauseh der Atemgase in der Placenta crfolgt durch Diffusion wiihrend der Zeitspanne, in der das mfittcrliche Blur den intervill6sen Capillarspalt und das fetale Blur die villSsen Capfllaren passiert. Der Effekt eines solchen Austausches zwischen zwei BlutstrSmen h/~ngt wesentlich yon der Beziehung der beiden Stromriehtungen zueinander und der speziellen Anlage des Strombahnsystems ab. So wurden bisher meist theoretiseh gleich-und gegeneinandergeriehtete Parallelstr6me, ferner sogenannte pool-Systeme und multivillSse Strombahnsysteme auf ihren Austauscheffekt hin untersueht (vgl.
