Efforts to achieve sustainable development targets provide opportunities for various non-school education service programs such as those organized by PKBM. The non-formal education program held was based on counseling, training and mentoring programs. The program is used to assist in solving problems that arise in the application of innovation in the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study design. The results showed that the economic growth program was in the form of training programs and literacy learning to the community oriented to increasing productivity, investment, expanding opportunities and absorption of labor, reducing unemployment, disseminating innovation through the capacity to support science and technology, and increasing competitiveness.Keywords: PKBM, Economic Growth, Welfare, SDG’s
Prinsip kekerabatan masyarakat Minangkabau adalah matrilineal descen yang mengatur hubungan kekerabatan melalui garis ibu. Dengan prinsip ini, seorang anak akan mengambil suku ibunya. Garis turunan ini juga mempunyai arti pada penerusan harta warisan, di mana seorang anak akan memperoleh warisan menurut garis ibu. Warisan yang dimaksud adalah berupa harta peninggalan yang sudah turun-temurun menurut garis ibu. Secara lebih luas, harta warisan (pusaka) dapat dikelompokkan dua macam, yaitu pusaka tinggi dan pusaka rendah. Pusaka tinggi adalah harta yang diwarisi dari ibu secara turun-temurun,sedangkan pusaka rendah adalah warisan dari hasil usaha ibu dan bapak selama mereka terikat perkawinan. Konsekuensi dari sistem pewarisan pusaka tinggi, setiap warisan akan jatuh pada anak perempuan; anak laki-laki tidak mempunyai hak memiliki—hanya hak mengusahakan; sedangkan anak perempuan mempunyai hak memiliki sampai diwariskan pula kepada anaknya. Seorang laki-laki hanya boleh mengambil sebagian dari hasil harta warisan sesuai dengan usahanya—sama sekali tidak dapat mewariskan kepada anaknya. Kalau ia meninggal, maka harta itu akan kembali kepada ibunya atau kepada adik perempuan dan kemenakannya (Wardizal, 2010).
Status of Specific Disasters Emergency Volume 1 and 2, Social distancing, physical distancing to Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) is a series of policies adopted by the Government of Indonesia from the end of January to the end of March 2020 in response to the escalation the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the series of policies have not been able to reduce the number of positive victims of Covid-19. Since the first positive case of two people on March 2, 2020, the number of positive cases of Covid-19 has been increasing day by day. Data as of 30 April 2020 shows the number of 10,118 positive cases. The failure of the Indonesian Government's policy to suppress Covid-19's positive numbers, one of which is that there are still many Indonesians who do not heed the policies implemented by the government and the ineffective digital-based integrated information system that has been made by the government. One of these two factors, rooted in the ability of information literacy that is owned by the community, because the ability of information literacy will determine what people do in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This paper tries to discuss how to build the ability of family-based information literacy so that the community has capital accumulated knowledge about the Covid-19 pandemic so that it can avoid the anxiety, fear, panic and pandemic Covid-19. Selected family-based because the PSBB policy implemented by the Indonesian Government emphasizes activities at home.Keywords: Covid-19, Family, Information Literacy
The problems faced as a necessity for implementing entrepreneurial development programs are: (1) business management towards a better direction, so as to reduce the risk of business loss due to efficiency; (2) the increasing public interest in shopping using digital platforms (online shopping) demands a more efficient product marketing concept; (3) empowerment of communities around the business location so that it can assist the production and marketing processes and can become an alternative for business activities that support the economy of the surrounding communities. The method used is a qualitative approach as initial data from research which is realized through training activities for students. Ten students who were targeted were the participants of the training activities. The results obtained are: (1) training on the use of digital platforms for business management; (2) training on the use of digital platforms for business promotion; and (3) training for establishment and empowerment of community business groups.
