The article attempts to analyse selected formal and material dimensions of the strategic partnership between Poland and Ukraine. Formally, the level of strategic relations has been achieved due to an appropriate arrangement of treaty relations and relevant declarations. In the material dimension, however, Polish-Ukrainian relations do not fully correspond to the level of strategic partnership, which would require efforts to increase investment, improve trade, unify and integrate transmission systems, as well as to expand and improve the infrastructure of border crossings. Moreover, the potential of cooperation in defense industries is not fully exploited. The implementation of the strategic partnership formula requires completing the process of Polish-Ukrainian reconciliation and renouncing the policy of using history for political purposes. A permanent element of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation is public diplomacy, which can play an important role during deterioration of mutual inter-state relations.
Wybory parlamentarne i przetargi koalicyjne na Ukrainie w 2014 roku W ydarzenia z przełomu lat 2013/2014 zwane Rewolucją Godności powstrzymały spełzanie Ukrainy w kierunku autorytaryzmu i doprowadziły do przedterminowej wymiany głowy państwa i Rady Najwyższej. W niniejszym artykule analizie poddano proces elekcji parlamentarnej oraz polityki koalicyjnej ugrupowań parlamentarnych.W wyniku Rewolucji Godności doszło do powołania nowego rządu i wymiany głowy państwa, natomiast w Radzie Najwyższej w dalszym ciągu dominowali zagubieni zwolennicy poprzedniego układu. Preferencje wyborczeNa notowania partii politycznych znaczący wpływ wywarły Rewolucja Godności, rosyjska inwazja, będąca papierkiem lakmusowym nastrojów społecznych i identyikacji politycznej dużej części elektoratu oraz elekcja prezydencka.
The article analyses the influence of the religious factor on the internal processes of nation-state consolidation in Ukraine and on the causes and consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The division of the Ukrainian Orthodoxy into three branches (UAOC, UOC-KP and UOC-MP) did not allow the Church to become a consolidating factor in the formation of a nation-state in independent Ukraine and a generator of social transformation. The situation may change for the better after the creation of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Ukraine in 2018.
Przedmiotem analizy w niniejszym artykule będzie proces kształtowania mapy nowej Europy Wschodniej z uwzględnieniem podejścia geograficznego, kulturowo-cywilizacyjnego oraz historycznego i politycznego.
