Sekolah merupakan tempat yang sangat berpotensi dalam penyebaran dan penularan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) pada anak usia sekolah. Anak-anak merupakan golongan umur yang paling rentan untuk terserang DBD. Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue, yang masuk ke dalam peredaran darah manusia melalui gigitan nyamuk dari genus Aedes, yaitu Aedes aegypti atau Aedes albopictus. Salah satu upaya yang paling tepat dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan DBD di sekolah adalah dengan diadakan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan merubah perilaku siswa terhadap persebaran DBD di sekolah. Metode Studi literature ini menggunakan literature review pra prisma dimana hasilnya ditemukan pada jurnal dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya untuk mengkaji lebih dalam pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa terhadap Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Hasil penelitian dari keempat jurnal, terdapat adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa ditandai dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan secara signifikan setelah dilakukan program pendidikan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada pelaksana program di sekolah bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode penggunaan media seperti audio visual sangat efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa dalam pengendalian vektor untuk mencegah persebaran DBD di sekolah.
