Abstract:One way that is believed to influence the government's success in improving performance is to carry out the plan as best as possible, ie in budgeting process. Because of the nature of the budget that might have an dysfunctional budget impact then the right way to prevent is through the participation of all the budget line manager at Pemkab. Purbalingga. Factors that may increase the effect of budget participation on managerial performance improvements such as increasing organizational commitment, motivation within the manager and conditions of the delegation of authority is increasingly decentralized. This study analyze the effect of budget participation on managerial performance and the influence of organizational commitment, motivation and a decentralized structure in moderating the relationship of budget participation on managerial performance in Pemkab. Purbalingga. The samples used are 269 government manager of Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga for all the regional work units. The sampling technique used is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The first hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, and for another using moderated regression analysis. Based on the analysis above all hypotheses can be concluded that the positive effect of budget participation on managerial performance. The commitment of the organization and structure of decentralized moderate the relationship between budget participation on managerial performance. While the motivation variable can not moderate the relationship of budget participation on managerial performance at SKPD in Pemkab.
Scholarships are grants in the form of financial assistance given to individuals that aim to be used for the continuation of the education achieved. With this scholarship program, it is hoped that it can help students who have problems in financing. The selection of scholarship recipients at SMK YPM 14 Sumobito still experiences problems in decision making, because the assessment process is not always decided based on definite considerations but the policy of the decision makers who ultimately determine the scholarship recipients. This is because there is no method that can predict prospective scholarship recipients. Eligibility of prospective scholarship recipients is determined by applying the Naïve Bayes method. This method was chosen because it was able to study the previous case data used as test data. After testing with the Naïve Bayes algorithm using the Rapidmaner tool, the results were 90.48% accuracy, 96.88% precision, 83.33% recall each. So that it can be said as a good key to apply for prospective scholarship recipients.
The grouping model of collaborative learning in the scope of physics learning is less discussed in secondary schools. This study aims to determine the effect of gendered-grouping on the quality of collaboration in Physics Science instructional and its effect on learning outcomes. This study uses an experimental approach with a posttest-only group design model that involves two different characteristics of classes. The sampling of this study consisted of class VIII.1 consisting of 27 students (12 males and 15 females) as a homogeneous group, and class VIII.2 consisting of 31 students (14 male and 17 female) as a heterogeneous group taken by random cluster sampling. Data collection uses observation and tests to obtain quantitative data. Data analysis employed comparative statistics on collaboration level data and correlation statistics between collaboration level data and learning outcomes. The result shows that the quality of collaboration and student learning scores from homogeneous groups is better than heterogeneous groups. The correlation test results show that the level of collaboration of students from heterogeneous classes has a significant correlation with their learning outcomes. The correlation values the equation: y = 1,242.x + 8.892, which means it has a positive effect. It is concluded that homogeneous grouping has a positive effect on the quality of collaboration and the acquisition of student learning outcomes. Therefore, in improving the quality of learning collaboration using the SMP Science-Physics experimental technique, a strategy with gender homogeneous grouping worth application.
