<p><span lang="EN-US"><em>The characteristics of the Pancasila values of the younger generation in the present era are depleting. This can be seen from the emergence of cases that occur now, from radical understanding to the Caliphate. The results of the Republic of Indonesia's National Police study stated that many students were involved in radical groups, generally science students. In this regard, efforts need to be made to improve the characteristics of Pancasila in science students. The purpose of this study is to develop, determine validity, and the level of readability of the School Science Material study module characterized by Pancasila. This research is a development research. The research subject was the science education student at Pancasakti University Tegal. The research steps include needs analysis, development stage, the process of making the School Science Material Study module characterized by Pancasila, validation by validator, evaluation, and refinement, product testing, final product module, School Science Material Study, characterized by validity and readability. Validation was done with an expert validator. Limited scale testing is used to test the level of readability. The results of the research in the form of the development of the School Science Material Study module characterized by Pancasila, the subject of Electricity and Magnetism, which has high validity and an easily understood level of readability.</em></span></p>
The purpose of this paper is to explore the existence of the value of patriotism through Citizenship Education in several countries with reference to Durkheim's social theory and Rousseau's politics. This paper describes the basic concepts of patriotism, types of patriotism, criticism of patriotism, patriotism in the world of education, and the importance of Citizenship Education as a form of solution in instilling patriotism values. This type of research uses the method of library study by collecting data from assessment results from primary books and scientific journals. The results of the review of several literature shows that in some countries, Citizenship Education is used as a socialization tool and has an important role in instilling patriotism values with the aim of forming citizens who have the character of caring and love for the nation and state. Tujuan penulisan ini ialah mengeksplorasi eksistensi nilai patriotisme melalui Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di beberapa negara dengan mengacu pada teori sosial Durkheim dan politik Rousseau. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang konsep dasar patriotisme, jenis-jenis patriotisme, kritik patriotisme, patriotisme di dunia pendidikan, dan pentingnya Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai bentuk solusi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai patriotisme. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari hasil pengkajian dari buku primer dan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah. Hasil dari pengkajian beberapa literatur menunjukkan bahwa di beberapa negara, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dijadikan sebagai alat sosialisasi dan mempunyai peranan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai patriotisme dengan tujuan terbentuknya warga negara yang memiliki karakter peduli serta cinta terhadap bangsa dan negara.
Tujuan penelitian: Menumbuhkan nilai nasionalisme di kegiatan pra-pembelajaran kewarganegaraan; Menumbuhkan nasionalisme ke dalam kegiatan inti PKn; dan Mendorong nilai nasionalisme pada penutupan kegiatan pembelajaran PKn di MTs Muhammadiyah Wanasari Brebes. Jenis penelitian kualitatif mempergunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Analisis data melibatkan tiga langkah, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi. Hasil penelitian: Pengenalan nilai-nilai kebangsaan pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan prasekolah dilakukan sesuai dengan kompetensi yang ingin dicapai; Pengenalan nilai-nilai kebangsaan ke dalam kegiatan inti pembelajaran PKn mengikuti kurikulum yaitu melalui penelitian, pengembangan dan penguatan. Membudayakan nilai-nilai nasionalisme berdasarkan perencanaan dengan menambahkan nilai serta materi tentang nasionalisme dengan menggunakan metode, media dan sumber yang diterapkan oleh guru; Mengintegrasikan dari nilai-nilai karakter ke bentuk kegiatan pengambilan kebijakan pembelajaran PKn MTs Muhammadiyah Wanasari Brebes dapat diwujudkan dengan mengevaluasi atau merefleksi kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dan diprogramkan secara konsisten dalam merencanakan kegiatan kurikulum pada sesi berikutnya terkait dengan indikatornya. tentang pencapaian nilai-nilai pembentuk karakter.
