The samples prepare by electrodeposition methods on a non-lithography pattern of PCB Cu substrate. The NiFe and Cu layer sequency produce to obtain a multilayer system [NiFe/Cu]4. Thereafter, sample evaluate magnetic property by using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Finally, sample evaluate a magnetoimpedance response by total electrical impedance measure under various external magnetic field. Typical magneto-impedance ratio of 7,56% indicate the sample can to apply as magnetic sensor at low frequency region.
IntisariBio-impedansi sensor mulltilayer [NiFe(800)/Cu(300)]4 telah berhasil dibuat dengan metode elektrodeposisi. Respon bio-magneto-impedansi (bio-MI) didefinisikan sebagai perubahan impedansi akibat medan terpasang (MI) dengan dan tanpa sampel daging. Profil respon bio-MI sampel daging sapi memiliki bentuk kurva yang setipe dengan kurva rasio magneto-impedansi dan bergantung pada frekuensi pengukuran. Respon bio-MI pada penelitian ini terbesar 0,7% pada frekuensi 100 kHz.
ABSTRACTBio-impedance multilayer sensor [NiFe(800)/Cu(300)]4 has been successfully fabricated by electrodeposition method. The bio-magneto-impedance response is defined as the impedance change due to the applied field (MI) with and without the meat. The bio-MI response profile of beef samples has a similar to the magnetoimpedance curve and depends on the measurement frequency.
