There is a class where there are no pelvic adhesions, no pel¬ vic disease, but still the anatomic displacement of the uterus is causing the symptoms. They are two entirely different classes. I do not think that there is a group of anteposed uteri which are in descent which will cause symptoms even without the presence of adhesions or pelvic disease.
