InhaltsiibersiehtIn der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der Festkorpereffekt (solid effect) an Erdrtlkalifluorideinkristallen (CaF2, SrF,, BaF,), die mit atomarem Wasserstoff bzw. Deuterium dotiert wurden, untersucht. Wir geben eine kurze Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse von EPR-Messungen an diesen Substanzen als Voraussetzung der Polarisationsexperimente. Wir studieren die Abhiingigkeit des VergroBerungsfaktors der Kernpolarisation von der Art der Dotierung, von der Magnetfeldstiirke, dem Eluor-Wasserstoff-Abstand und der Temperatur (77.. .300 OK). Am SchluD diskutieren wir an CaF,: H, D durchgefuhrte Kernspin-Gitter-Relaxationszeitmessungen.
EinleitungDie Methode der dynamischen Kernpolarisation in Festkorpern dient zur Erzeugung einer hohen Kernpolarisation fur kernphysikalische Experimente, sowie zum Studium der Kern-Elektron-Wechselwirkung in Festkorpern. I m Hinblick auf die vorliegenden Arbeiten von ABRAGAM und BORGHINI [l] und von JEFFRIES [ 2 ] , konnen wir auf eine ausfuhrliche Diskussion dieser Methode verzichten. Wir geben deshalb nur einen kurzen Uberblick uber die wichtigsten Grundziige dieser Methode. 2. Die physikalisehen Grundlagen do8 FestkSrpereffektes ABRAGAM und PROCTOR [3] und unabhiingig von ihnen ERB, MOTCHANE und UEBERSFELD [4] zeigten, da13 man m;t Hilfe paramagnetischer Zentren in Festkorpern Atomkerne polarisieren kann.
