exercises tested, the boys' level of physical fitness reached 95-98% (р<0,001) of the initial level; in girls it was 91-94% (р<0,001). Only the performance of exercises for the development of strength in boys corresponded to 88.6% of the initial, and in girls to 81.2%.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of the meat market in Ukraine, to identify trends in its development. Research methods. The following methods have been used generally accepted methods and techniques: a set of scientific methods of abstract and logical method (induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, formalization) for develop theoretical positions and analyze the situation in the meat market; statistical when assessing the meat market; tabular for visual representation of the research results; graphic for identify and illustrate trends of the research economic phenomena. Research results. The meat market is an important component of the food market of the country, on the stability of which the living standards of the population and the food security of the country largely depend, has been generalized. Meat and meat products are among the most important foods. It has been found that the meat market operates in rather difficult economic conditions. Meat producers increase production volumes with the decline of certain branches of animal husbandry In the livestock industry of Ukraine there are transformational processes that cause changes in the meat market structure. The meat market structure is considered and the peculiarities of its functioning are revealed. Poultry meat has been found to have a monopoly on the meat market. The increase in poultry meat production is primarily due to the growing demand from the population and the food industry. The basis of the "meat diet" is poultry meat, as the most available type of meat has been determined. Scientific novelty. Production of poultry meat in Ukraine is the most profitable has been specified. The rapid return on investment in poultry production has led to increased investment in the industry, the construction of modern large poultry farms and the creation of powerful vertically integrated companies. Pork production has stabilized somewhat. However, African swine fever causes significant damage. Raising cattle remains a non-profit business. The trend of cattle slaughter continues in Ukraine,. At the same time, the main producers of cattle meat are households. Analytical assessments and determinations of factors influencing meat production and further development of the meat market have been further developed. Practical significance. Analytical materials of the article have been based on relevant official statistics, which can be can be used for addressing development of the meat market. Research results can be useful for all meat market participa nts. Tabl.: 1. Figs.: 1. Refs.: 19.
In the article it was determined that significant changes have taken place in the meat market of Ukraine as a result of the reformation processes in the country and in the agricultural sector. The dynamics of meat production in general and by main types were analyzed. The comprehensive analysis of the balances of beef, pork and poultry meat has been carried out. Meat producers are increasing their production volumes with a decline in certain branches of animal husbandry, and, accordingly, the structure of production is changing. The share of pork meat and beef meat decreased significantly, while the share of poultry meat production increased. The structure of the meat market was considered and the features of its functioning were revealed. It has been determined that the poultry meat market is competitive and efficient among other meat markets. The poultry industry has consistently maintained positive production dynamics over the past years. The pork market is fluctuating due to outbreaks of African swine fever and competition from the poultry market. The beef market is at a loss. It was argued that an increase in the poultry population, production volumes and the share of poultry meat in the structure of the meat market is a modern global trend. This was justified by affordability, cultural aspects, increased attention to the environment and personal health. Further development of the meat market depends on the prioritization of development and mechanisms of state support.
The article examines the features of the development of the Ukrainian food market from the standpoint of the theory of economic cycles. As an example, we used the dynamics of indicators of production of products of perennial fruit plantations in Ukraine in retrospect and import supplies of fruits. The phases of the economic cycle in terms of the volume of industrial production were identified and characterized. Possible causes of crises have been identified. The modern phase of the development of the fruit market, as a structural element of the food market in Ukraine, has been investigated and identified as a “rise”. A long wave of the development of the horticulture industry was revealed. The reasons for the emergence of the next wave in 2000 were detailed and substantiated. The optimal period for forecasting the fruit market was determined, taking into account the dynamics of the main indicators of the formation of its conjuncture – domestic production and volumes of imports.
The purpose. To determine influence of methods of recreation, fertilizing and utilization of meadow lands upon botanical compound, productivity and efficiency of growing grass stands on grey forest soils. Methods. Field, laboratory, mathematical-and-statistical. Results. It is fixed that the most efficient method of recreation of meadow lands is sowing of legume-grass mixtures with lucerne. That ensured the highest efficiency. Importation of N140 for legume-cereal grass stands decreased content of leguminous ingredients and was ineffective. For cereal grass stand and old lands such importation increased productivity in 1,8-2,0 times. Conclusions. Among varied grass stands in the alternative without fertilization the most productive one is lucerne-cereal grass stand, which at 2-hay cutting ensures the yield for 1 hectare of 8,10 tons of dry matter and 5,13 t/hectare of useful units. At 4-hay cutting it ensures 7,41 and 6, 35 t/hectare accordingly, that in 2,1-2,3 times more in comparison with seeded cereal grass stand. The level of accumulation of symbiotic nitrogen by lucerne made 142-154 kg/hectare.
