Este artigo relata uma vivência de educação em saúde que teve por objetivo trabalhar, de maneira inovadora, o tema consumo de bebidas alcoólicas entre universitários, com atores do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde), de uma universidade do oeste de Santa Catarina. Para fundamentar a intervenção, inicialmente realizouse uma revisão integrativa da literatura para identificar a prevalência do consumo de álcool entre universitários brasileiros. Na sequência, utilizou-se a estratégia da construção de painel com as opiniões dos sujeitos sobre a temática. A intervenção permitiu aos estudantes do PET-Saúde a aproximação com o contexto atual sobre o consumo de álcool entre universitários, resultando em propostas de enfrentamento dessa vulnerabilidade. Concluiu-se que essa foi uma experiência exitosa de formação em saúde, pois os petianos constituíram-se em agentes multiplicadores de conhecimentos entre seus pares na universidade.
O presente trabalho objetivou avaliar a reorientação da formação profissional, desenvolvida pelo PET-Saúde, a partir da visão dos preceptores que participam do programa vinculado a uma instituição de ensino superior do oeste de Santa Catarina. Para isso realizou-se um estudo do tipo exploratório descritivo, através da aplicação de um questionário predominantemente qualitativo. Os resultados obtidos revelam satisfação dos preceptores com o programa. Os dados apontam que os preceptores percebem uma boa relação entre a academia e os serviços de saúde. Algumas dificuldades também foram apontadas durante a efetivação do programa, principalmente relacionadas à disponibilidade de tempo dos participantes. Conclui-se que, de maneira geral, os resultados são positivos e que os preceptores têm um olhar otimista sobre a reorientação profissional desenvolvida pelo programa em questão.Palavras-chave: Preceptor. Este artigo descreve as potencialidades e os desafios vivenciados por professoras e estudantes de um curso de Nutrição catarinense, no processo de reorientação da formação profissional, a partir da articulação do ensino com cenários de práticas. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo exploratório descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados deu-se através de grupo focal e entrevista semiestruturada. Caracterizaram-se como potencialidades: o acolhimento dos estudantes nos cenários de práticas dos municípios da região de inserção da Instituição de Ensino Superior; a boa receptividade dos estudantes provocada pela ausência de nutricionista na área da nutrição coletiva; e a interdisciplinaridade e multidisciplinaridade promovidas pelos programas e projetos de reorientação da formação profissional e de extensão. Os desafios identificados foram: a recepção e o acolhimento dos estudantes nos cenários de práticas locais; o acolhimento da comunidade e de profissionais com relação às orientações técnicas dadas pelos estudantes; a burocracia dos locais para receber estudantes; a saturação dos cenários de práticas; a participação de estudantes nas atividades propostas pelas professoras; a ausência de nutricionistas nos campos de prática da nutrição clínica e social; as concepções limitadas de interdisciplinaridade e multidisciplinaridade; e a fragmentação de saberes. Conclui-se que é preciso promover o fortalecimento das parcerias entre as instituições de ensino e saúde para qualificar o processo de formação. Faz-se necessário avançar para vencer, principalmente, as barreiras que tolhem o processo de articulação do ensino com os cenários de práticas, pois esses obstáculos impedem que o processo de reorientação da formação profissional em saúde aconteça de maneira eficaz.
