In the last years, Interleave Division Multiple Access (IDMA) has been presented as a potential alternate of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) system. In IDMA systems, the interleavers are used to separate the users of the system in multiple access environments. Random interleaver is popular and basic taxonomy, which scrambles information bits of craving users with different patterns. However the indispensable characteristics of a random interleaver such as bandwidth requirement, computational complexity, and memory restraint at both transmitter and receiver end is uttermost. Further, it has also been observed that the study of role of chaos in interleaver design is very limited in literature. Hence, in this paper, a low complexity chaos based interleaver named as modified Tent map interleaver is designed for further performance improvement of IDMA system and the characteristic parameters are compared with the random interleaver. The IDMA system model uses a BPSK modulation and repetition coder with a code rate of 1/2 . The system is simulated in MATLAB and results show that the better BER performance without the need of extra memory resources.K e y w o r d s: IDMA, tent map, chaos, random interleaver, computational complexity
This paper discusses about the stabilization of unknown nonlinear discrete-time fixed state delay systems. The unknown system nonlinearity is approximated by Chebyshev neural network (CNN), and weight update law is presented for approximating the system nonlinearity. Using appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional the stability of the nonlinear system is ensured by the solution of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a relevant example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme
This paper presents a robust sliding mode controller for a class of unknown nonlinear discretetime systems in the presence of fixed time delay. A neural-network approximation and the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional theory into the sliding-mode technique is used and a neural-network based sliding mode control scheme is proposed. Because of the novality of Chebyshev Neural Networks (CNNs), that it requires much less computation time as compare to multi layer neural network (MLNN), is preferred to approximate the unknown system functions. By means of linear matrix inequalities, a sufficient condition is derived to ensure the asymptotic stability such that the sliding mode dynamics is restricted to the defined sliding surface. The proposed sliding mode control technique guarantees the system state trajectory to the designed sliding surface. Finally, simulation results illustrate the main characteristics and performance of the proposed approach.

Watermarking is the best way to secure the digital content. Watermarking can be done by various methods. Least Significant Bit Watermarking (LSBW) method is one of them. In this method, the pixel values of the image are converted in to binary and the information is concealed in the bits of the pixel values. This paper presents and compares the LSBW method using different bit positions.
