Given the fact that logistics activity takes place in a very dynamic environment the state of the logistics system should be constantly monitored, analyzed and evaluated. The research is devoted to an important and at the same time complicated issuethe process of designing logistics systems as an important component of the operation of the enterprise. This problem is not fully understood both at the theoretical level and in the field of practical application of design principles. The purpose of scientific research is to determine the essence, tasks and features of the processes of designing logistics systems. The authors use such research methods as descriptive, comparative and systemic. The essence of the concepts of "project" and "design" is considered in the article. The main tasks of designing logistic systems are determined and possible conditions of their implementation are given. The study found the most important factors determining the success of the project on design of logistics systems. A system of branch logistic functions has been proposed. The factors that determine the success of logistics systems implementation are systematized. On the basis of the research, general recommendations for the design of logistics systems at any type of enterprise have been generated. The list of solutions that are accepted in the process of designing logistics systems has been proposed. Stages and steps in the design of logistics systems have been identified according to the tasks of designing logistic systems. Research results have shown that designing logistics systems should take into account the possible risks of implementing a solution and calculate with the help of mathematical models, possible benefits and losses for the enterprise. In addition recommendations to boost the efficiency of designing logistics systems have been distinguished.
The agro-industrial complex is one of the main budget-forming sectors of the national economy of Ukraine; agribusiness opens up prospects for leadership for our state in the world market. Therefore, an important step for unlocking the export potential of Ukrainian agricultural products is to analyse urgent problems and find ways to strengthen Ukraine's competitive positions in the world market, including by increasing labour productivity, which is one of the most important criteria for assessing the performance of any economic system. The article aims to study the current level of labour productivity in the national agro-industrial sector and to find ways to increase it by eliminating the main barriers to the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The basic principles of the research are systematic and comparative methods, institutional and structural-functional approaches have been used. The research results highlight the reasons for low productivity and propose priority areas of state policy for the development of the national agro-industrial complex.
The article analyses the current state, major product groups and foreign markets of Ukrainian agricultural products. In addition, the potential for development of Ukraine's agroindustrial complex are outlined. The aim of the article is to assess the current state of affairs, to determine the existing and hidden potential, the main trends and obstacles to the disclosure of the export potential of agricultural products in Ukraine. As a result, the main measures to eliminate obstacles to unleash the export potential of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex are proposed. The findings of the study also prove that the agrarian sector remains an important part of the Ukrainian economy, providing a significant share of foreign exchange earnings. The main driver of growth in agricultural production in Ukraine remains an increase in crop yields due to precision farming, new hybrids, etc. It is stated that the opening of new markets and niches will allow Ukrainian agricultural exporters to consolidate their positions in the international arena.
The rapid development of retail and e-commerce is forcing marketing and logistics to be competitive and adapt to the demands of end-customers. At the same time, accurately determining the demand for goods allows to better understand customers and plan deliveries. The purpose of this article is to study the change in patterns of probability of choosing the option to purchase goods among end-consumers with and without the presence of e-commerce. The study consisted of research buyers, determining the probability of purchasing goods from “consumer basket” in the traditional way and over the Internet, which is considered for the example of one of the Kharkiv districts. The results develop e-commerce potential in Ukraine and are intended to determine the motives of consumers when choosing a shopping option.
The article analyzes theoretical foundations of enterprises logistics system construction, gives the classification of main entrepreneurial activity subjects in Ukraine, traces key development trends and outlines a role of small business in the national economic system, conducts a comparative analysis of small and medium entrepreneurship specific weight and defines the main key economical aspects of managing their logistics system. The research conducted studies the theoretical foundations of the formation of ways to optimize the movement of goods in the logistics system of a small business entity with the aim of minimizing economic costs. It states that appropriate management decisions due to the optimization of the logistics system of small business entities should be made regarding delivery terms, taking into account costs and revenues, the feasibility of using outsourcing, the type of vehicle, the number of delivery points, their size and locations.
