-The M&A transactions represent a wide range of unique business optimization opportunities in the corporate transformation deals, which are usually characterized by the high level of total risk. The M&A transactions can be successfully implemented by taking to an account the size of investments, purchase price, direction of transaction, type of transaction, and using the modern comparable transactions analysis and the business valuation techniques in the diffusion -type financial systems in the finances. We developed the MicroM&A software program with the embedded optimized near-real-time artificial intelligence algorithm to create the winning virtuous M&A strategies, using the financial performance characteristics of the involved firms, and to estimate the probability of the M&A transaction completion success. We believe that the fluctuating dependence of M&A transactions number over the certain time period is quasi-periodic. We think that there are many factors, which can generate the quasi periodic oscillations of the M&A transactions number in the time domain, for example: the stock market bubble effects. We performed the research of the nonlinearities in the M&A transactions number quasi-periodic oscillations in Matlab, including the ideal, linear, quadratic, and exponential dependences. We discovered that the average of a sum of random numbers in the M&A transactions time series represents a time series with the quasi periodic systematic oscillations, which can be finely approximated by the polynomial numbers. We think that, in the course of the M&A transaction implementation, the ability by the companies to absorb the newly acquired knowledge and to create the new innovative knowledge bases, is a key pre-determinant of the M&A deal completion success as in Switzerland. We would like to state that the winning virtuous mergers and acquisitions transactions strategies in the diffusion -type financial systems in the highly volatile global capital markets with the nonlinearities can only be selected through the decision making process on the various available M&A choices, applying the econophysical econometrical analysis with the use of the inductive, deductive and abductive logics. -Article introduces the notion of information money fields of the cyclic oscillations of the economic variables in the nonlinear dynamic economic system for the first time, and presents an original research on the Ledenyov theory on the information money fields of the cyclic oscillations of the economic variables in the nonlinear dynamic economic system. The Ledenyov theory on the information money fields of the cyclic oscillations of economic variables in the nonlinear dynamic economic system postulates that the economic continuous waves (the cyclic oscillations) have the information money fields in the nonlinear dynamic economic system, transmitting the economic/financial information in the nonlinear dynamic economic system. It is shown that the information money fields may interact with other cyclic oscillations and/or with the nonlinear dynamic economic system by means of the weak and strong interactions between the information money fields. We developed the MicroIMF software program to make the computer modeling of 1) the interactions between the information money fields of one cyclic oscillation and the information money fields of other cyclic oscillation(s) in the nonlinear dynamic economic system, 2) the interactions between the information money fields of cyclic oscillation and the nonlinear dynamic economic system itself, and 3) the density distributions of the information money fields by different cyclic oscillations (the economic continuous waves) in the nonlinear dynamic economic system. The MicroIMF software program can be used in the process of business cycles forecasting by the central banks with the purpose to make the strategic decisions on the monetary policies, financial stability policies, and by other financial institutions with the aim to perform the financial operations on the minimum capital allocation, countercyclical capital buffer creation, and capital investments. We overviewed the Stratonovich -Kalman -Bucy filtering algorithm theory and its numerous applications. We describe the technique of the accurate characterization of the economic and financial time series with application of state space methods with the Stratonovich -KalmanBucy filtering algorithm, focusing on the estimation of Gross Domestic Product by the Swiss National Bank. Applying the integrative thinking principles, we developed the software program and performed the computer modeling, using the Stratonovich -Kalman -Bucy filtering algorithm for the accurate characterization of the Australian GDP, German GDP and the USA GDP in the frames of the state-space model in Matlab. We also used the Hodrick-Prescott filter to estimate the corresponding output gaps in Australia, Germany and the USA. We found that the Australia, Germany on one side and the USA on other side have the different business cycles. We believe that the central banks can use our special software program with the aim to greatly improve the national macroeconomic indicators forecast by making the accurate characterization of the financial time-series with the application of the state-space models, based on the Stratonovich -Kalman -Bucy filtering algorithm.JEL: C15, C32, C51, C52, E5, E31, E32.PACS numbers: 89.65.
