Тяжелое течение заболевания (перевод в ОАР) наблюдалось у 28,4 % пациентов. Необходимость в ИВЛ отмечена в 72 % случаев. Летальность в ОАР составила 63,7 %. Полученные результаты явились основой для разработки оптимальной тактики ведения больных, рациональной противовирусной и антибактериальной терапии. Ключевые слова: новая коронавирусная инфекция COVID-19, антибактериальная терапия, противовирусная терапия, ИВЛ The analysis of the first months of treatment of patients with the new coronavirus infection-COVID-19 in the intensive care unit of the city hospital was carried out. A severe course of the disease was observed in 28.4 % of cases. The need for mechanical ventilation was noted in 72 % of patients. The mortality rate was 63.7 %. The results obtained formed the basis for the development of optimal tactics for managing patients, rational antiviral and antibiotic therapy.
The material of this work was the data from computed tomography (CT) of the head of 63 people in the second period of mature age with a leptoprosopic form of the facial part of the skull. In the study, patients were ranked by gender. The height, depth, and width of the maxillary sinus (MS) were determined. A comparative analysis of the values of the linear dimensions of the MS on the right and left in men and women was carried out, and the gender characteristics of the MS were assessed. A correlation between the linear dimensions of the MS on each side, as well as similar parameters on the right and left, was revealed.

Полученные данные позволили визуализировать корни первого моляра верхней челюсти и определить особенности их пространственного расположения по отношению к дну верхнечелюстной пазухи у лиц женского пола в различные периоды зрелого возраста.
