Kg .The total quantification of sterols was of 379,0 409,0 and 917,0 mg Kg-1 of oil in AM, AS and ASP respectively, that of total hydrocarbons from 550 to 731 mg Kg-1 of oil of exogenous paraffins of 516-682 mg Kg-1 of oil, being the greater concentration of β-sitosterol in their sterolic fractions were of 54.2, 57,8 and 50,6% in AM, AS and ASP respectively. The oils of the three species present a good resistance to the oxidation when heated until 175ºC
EVALUATION OF ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF SIX AMAZONIAN FRUITS: ANONA, BRAZIL NUT, CHOPE, ACAI BERRY, HUITO AND UVILLA.The antioxidant activity of six Amazonian fruits (anona, brazil nut, chope, acai berry and uvilla) were evaluated by measuring the sequestration of free radicals in DPPH. Additionally, the concentration of phenolic compounds was measured using a spectrophotometer and ascorbic acid was measured using chromatography of HPLC. The peel of chopé has the highest antioxidant activity with IC of 63.02 ug/ml. The highest concentration of phenolics was 50 found in huito, both in the peel and in the pulp (137.15 and 97.78 mg/100g, respectively.) The highest ascorbic acid concentrations were in anona (4.28 mg/100g) and brazil nut (3.33 mg/100g).
ABSTRACTel dendograma estimado por el método UPGMA The population genetic variability in Shapaja Athalea morei was analized in six localities of the Peruvian Amazon, three in the Loreto region (Bagazán, Supay and Colpa) and three in the San Martin region (Cedamillo, Shapaja and Chayahuaqui). A total of 120 samples (20 samples from each population) were analyzed with the tecchnique ISSR "Inter simple sequence repeats" with two ISSR markers: GACA and CAG. The results of the AFC, index of fixation, genetic distance and dendrogram UPGMA estimated by the method show a strong genetic differentiation among populations of Loreto and San Martín. At Intrapopulation level, the population Chayahuaqui has the greatest genetic diversity (6 genotypes) of the six studied populations.
