The international ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management system (QMS) is widely implemented in this country, especially in business organisations and in public administration. The Standard was created in 1987; it was revised and amended in 1994, 2000, the latest amendments being of the largest scope. Compared to the previous ISO 9001:2008 standard, this standard does not require a complicated manual to be devised: instead of six, it needs no documented procedures now and only 18 prescribed reports are required in comparison with 21 in the previous version. The organisations that have already certified their standards to comply to the earlier ISO 2001:2008 standard have to adopt the new standard now, and no later than 2018. One of the greatest problems in this transition is designing the required databases necessary for the practical implementation of the new standard. The solution proposed by the authors is a general model with six priority databases: Documented information database; Measuring, control and testing equipment database; Qualified personnel database; Complaints on process output nonconformity database; Costs of process output nonconformity database and Plant and work equipment maintenance database.

UVOD Veliko interesovanje za menadžment i menadžersku profesiju kod nas i u svetu dovodi do činjenice da je, sve veći broj, mladih ljudi zainteresovan da postane nosilac poslova koje obuhvata menadžment, odnosno da postane menadžer. Iako se o ovoj profesiji nedovoljno zna, čak su i putevi da se stigne do menadžerskog poziva nejasni i nedovoljno poznati, ipak ovaj poziv magično privlači sve veći broj ljudi u našoj zemlji, pre svega, zbog velikih beneficija koje imaju menadžeri u velikim kompanijama.Menadžerska profesija je danas veoma aktuelna i tražena u različitim oblastima. Artificial intelligence has been attracting the attention of the scientific and professional public for decades. Today, in the digital age, it is more and more present in business and projects. The creation and implementation, but also the use of innovations created as a result of working with artificial intelligence, requires a multidisciplinary approach. One such innovation is REA Raiffeisen Bank's Electronic Assistant. REA has been created on the Weaver platform and uses certain artificial intelligence-based solutions, participating in the service business and communicating in a manner that respects the key points of the same. Simple and communicative for the user, REA is an example of the complexity that is a prerequisite for its creation and implementation. Therefore, this set of knowledge and skills, as well as the final outcomes of work on this project, are the inspiration both for work on such and similar innovations, and on the effects that can be monitored by research. Analyses show that business communication is dominated by telephone conversation, e-mail, website, while the Chatbot's share in business communication shows a score of 15%. The Chatbot is expected to be used in emergencies, when quick responses are needed: in resolving complaints, getting comprehensive answers, finding assistants to help people, booking hotels or restaurants, paying bills, etc. Although only partly present (15%), the Chatbot managed to attract the attention of the business public. The mentioned case study and desk analysis applied in this paper offer arguments which prove that the use of innovative systems in banking, based on artificial intelligence, is justified. Cyber security (trust) is the basic support in preserving privacy of the actors operating in that environment. Since security is the basic support for an innovative approach, the paper discusses the ISO 27001 international standard for the protection and security of information, which implements the Information Security Management System.
The digital age has brought great challenges to organizations. New technologies, methodologies, and products require a competent project manager who is able to meet the requirements of the digital age. Thus, the aim of this paper is: an analysis of the relevant theoretical context, the necessary competencies of the project manager, consideration of his position and actions in the organizational framework, and especially in organizations dealing with security. Also, the paper deals with the analysis of the model DevSecOps that implements security within IT practices. The results of the presented research indicate the fact that the total number of jobs performed by the project manager shows global growth in quantitative and qualitative terms. Research on human resource development in the field of project management distinguishes innovators from traditionalists. Innovators, in the age of globalization, have given priority to security training, followed by market topics, data science, innovative ways of behaving, and collaborative leadership. A case study is presented, which considers the steps of building a new product in the field of IT with implemented activities that provide an adequate level of security.
