Présentation : les recherches collaboratives en didactique des langues, orientations actuelles 1 Les textes réunis ici s'intéressent aux méthodes, aux savoirs et aux enjeux propres aux recherches que l'on nomme « collaboratives » (désormais RC) en didactique des langues. La notion de collaboration induit un travail en commun (collaborare : travailler ensemble), ce qui inclut la coopération (cum operare : faire ensemble). La collaboration peut s'envisager en termes institutionnels et contractuels, mais c'est davantage à la praxis que les contributions s'intéressent ici, en tant qu'activité pouvant transformer les manières de penser et de faire des collaborateurs lorsqu'ils s'engagent à la fois dans une réflexivité conjointe et des actions complémentaires. Nous retiendrons que les dispositifs de recherche collaborative se distinguent par des « processus impliquant chercheurs et praticiens qui collaborent pour élucider une question de recherche, plus ou moins codécidée, afin de produire des savoirs, le plus souvent coénoncés et covalidés » (Bourrassa et Boudjaoui, 2012 : 5). Faire de la recherche « avec » les praticiens (plutôt que « pour » ou « sur ») pose cependant un certain nombre de questions à éclairer : des objets et méthodes spécifiques émergent-ils en didactique des langues ? Cette étude traite d’enseignement de la lecture dans une classe ordinaire où tous les élèves sont plurilingues et de familles socialement défavorisées (corpus Lire-Ecrire en CP ). Le maitre témoigne d’une longue expérience antérieure en classe d’accueil pour enfants allophones nouvellement arrivés en France ; il est efficace en particulier pour ses élèves les plus faibles. Selon une approche qualitative intersubjective (auto-confrontation et analyse croisée de corpus vidéo), nous relevons des gestes professionnels susceptibles de soutenir l’entrée dans la lecture en français pour ces élèves plurilingues de première année de primaire. Le maitre adapte son enseignement lorsqu’il s’agit de décodage. Mais en compréhension, il applique des scripts connus en didactique du français sans s’appuyer sur la diversité des élèves comme ressource ; il acculture à l’écrit presque à son insu. Malgré sa longue expérience en classe d’accueil, il ne s’autorise pas à développer explicitement une éducation au plurilinguisme. Ici le plurilinguisme n’est pas considéré comme une ressource potentielle et pourtant certains de ses gestes sont efficaces pour les plus faibles.

Notre étude s’inscrit dans une recherche nationale de l’enseignement du lire/écrire en classe de Cours Préparatoire pilotée par Roland Goigoux depuis 2011 au sein de l’Institut Français d’Éducation. Dans l’Académie de Rouen en France, trois classes de Cours Préparatoire (6 ans) ont été filmées durant trois semaines, en septembre, mars et mai. Les élèves ont été évalués en septembre et juin. Notre article se focalise sur des outils collectifs et individuels utilisés en classe dans le cadre de l’apprentissage de la lecture : les affichages et fiches-mémento d’élèves. Son objectif est de pointer des liens didactiques entre des facteurs d’inégalités et des processus d’enseignement/apprentissage de la lecture lorsqu’ils s’appuient sur ces outils textuels composites.
