Pesquisa realizada com 50 alunos da Faculdade de Teologia de Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brasil, com objetiva de analisar alguns traços comuns no Feitio de Personalidade e quanto ao Tipo de Trabalho Mental, a partir da prova de Rorschach. Optou-se para verificar dados que aparecem com mais freqüência e não construir um protocolo médio. Apresenta-se os dados mais gerais encontrados no Tipo de Trabalho Mental, analisando-os sob 3 níveis: 1° nível de captação e seleção dos estímulos; 2° Nível de Elaboração das imagens perceptuais e, 3° Nível de categorização dos significados. Da amostra vale apontar que eram 34 homens e 16 mulheres, sendo 18 casados e 22 solteiros, com uma faixa etária variando entre 18 e 48 anos. Os resultados apontam quanto ao Tipo de Trabalho Mental: numa proporção significativa (52%), os sujeitos tendem a distorcer a percepção da realidade por excesso de Subjetividade no contanto com a mesma (%F+ ↓). Os juizes de valor estão, portanto, marcadamente presentes em sua apreciação da realidade. Há uma acentuada preocupação com obstáculos e dificuldades (presença de E↑ em 60% da amostra). O excesso de subjetividade interfere na capacidade de tomar iniciativa. Observa-se que uma grande maioria (80%) são astênicos, não por falta de iniciativa, mas pelo excesso de subjetividade, juízos de valor e fantasias imaturas. As fantasias tornam-se intensas, bloqueando a ação prática (Conação ↓). Numa proporção significativa da amostra houve rebaixamento da capacidade em relacionar os eventos da realidade, mas não por uma dificuldade intrinca, pois a presença de respostas de movimento é absoluta na amostra (Elab/R↓; presença de M, m e m’). Observa-se uma mobilização dos recursos internos, principalmente nas situações de interesse pessoal (λ↑). A comunicação do trabalho mental se deu em proporções esperadas (H > pH) e (A > pA). Há que se notar a presença de conteúdos com conotação religiosa significativa, ainda que elaborados não de modo explícito. O simbolismo religioso é que ficou destacado, pois as respostas explícitas do conteúdo religioso não foram significativas. E a presença elevada do conteúdo anatomia, podendo denotar preocupações hipocondríacas ou preocupações consigo próprio. Quanto ao Feitio de Personalidade, destacam-se os seguintes aspectos: Afetividade revela uma predomínio de indivíduos com reações mais egocêntricas. A expressão afetiva é mais direta, revelando imaturidade no plano das fantasias e associado a uma expressão mais espontânea. Em 90% da amostra o índice impulsividade encontrava-se elevado. Tal dado corrobora o anterior, de uma expressão afetiva mais direta, mais primitiva. Principalmente, levando-se em conta os mecanismos de controle de impulsividade, que são mínimos. A capacidade em tomar iniciativa está muito rebaixada em função do excesso de subjetividade. A adaptação à realidade (RMI) encontra-se rebaixada, principalmente pela subjetividade, como pela dificuldade de assimilação de padrões convencionais, o senso comum (V↓). Este dado torna-se significativo, considerando-se a característica da amostra, pessoas ligadas à instituição religiosa. Observa-se que em pessoas com tais dificuldades, há uma necessidade de obterem do exterior, os parâmetros para se conduzirem. Quase todos os sujeitos da amostra (98%) apresentaram m+m’ > M, esta inversão pode indicar certa imaturidade no nível das fantasias que predominam sobre as atitudes mais amadurecidas que caracterizam a autonomia. Indica também a importância que o “pensamento mágico” é utilizado pelos sujeitos da amostra na sua construção simbólica da realidade.
