This paper focuses on the using augmented reality elements in the educational process, in particular in autonomous learning. The possibility of using interactive semantic networks in learning foreign languages is considered. The technology of selection and structuring of specialised terminology on the basis of interactive semantic networks for their further use in the study of foreign languages and mastering automated translation systems has been developed and proposed. The criteria for creating and supplementing terminological databases with appropriate structuring of the domain terminology selected on the basis of interactive semantic networks have been defined, namely universality, structurability, convertibility, extensibility. The possibility of further use of terminology bases for foreign language learning using mobile applications, mastering Computer Aided Translation (CAT) systems, mastering Computer Aided Interpretation (CAI) are outlined. Based on the practical use of the developed technology in the process of autonomous training of translators, positive results have been concretised and areas for further activities in their technological training have been identified.
This scientific work describes research that aims to determine the physicochemical parameters of homogenized honey and its safety indicators based on the determination of toxic metals and radionuclides. A series of experimental studies were conducted to develop and study recipes for honey water based on different types of honey collected in the Lviv region of Ukraine, namely acacia, buckwheat, sunflower, coriander, goldenrod, linden, and weeds. According to the results of experiments, it was found that the studied honey meets all the requirements presented in the standard for natural honey. And the results obtained to determine the dry matter content and pH allowed to blend different types of honey and get honey drinks, which will expand the range of non-carbonated products, which is very popular, especially in summer, and drink this drink during the year. To prolong the shelf life of honey drinks, it is recommended to add citric acid in an amount of 1% by weight of the drink and sodium benzoate as a preservative in an amount of 0.1%. The quality of the obtained honey water samples was assessed using organoleptic evaluation and physicochemical parameters. The resulting beverages have good organoleptic characteristics and can be offered for products in the industry.
Purpose of the study. The purpose of the proposed article is to clarify the essence of "language-culture" dichotomy, outlining the specificity of the interconnection and the interaction of its components in the projection to the mentality of the reception of national constants. Methodology of the study. The methodology of the research is based on the ideas of anthropocentricity (V. von Humboldt, O. Potebnya, E. Sepir, B. Whorf, M. Heidegger, etc.) and the main provisions of linguocultural studies, which confirm the necessity of studying language and culture as a space of interiorization and exteriorization of mental representations of linguistic and cultural knowledge (L. Wittgenstein, S. Yermolenko, V. Labov, V. Uzhchenko, H. Yavorska, etc.). The cultural-semiotic method, the method of synchronous sections and the systematic approach have formed the basis of the research strategy. The scientific novelty. "Culturelanguage" dichotomy plays a leading role in shaping the mental sphere of the ethnic consciousness and defines and shapes the specifics of the national worldview. It has been confirmed that the most active verbal symbolization as a factor of national-cultural selfidentification manifests itself in the spheres of semasiology and onomasiology. But the peculiarities of implementation at the syntactic level in the superficial structure of the semantic components of the deep structures of the sentence are the inherent features of the syntax of the national language, which constructs the human mentality and, in part, its cultural self-consciousness. It has been observed that the processes of cultural uplift, national revival, development of the Ukrainian literary language are interdependent and mutually conditioned. Conclusions. Thus, the "culture-language" dichotomy appears as two similarly organized sign systems that function equally, are fundamentally related. An important factor in the formation of ethnic culture is the language that captures, preserves and translates the ways of categorizing and conceptualizing the world and the internal reflexive experience of the people. The linguistic consciousness of the people appears as a form of its cultural expression, of civilization, in the conditions of world globalization, and the phenomenon of language is the identification code of the ethnic consciousness, of the mentality and specificity of the national world perception.
The paper presents research on increasing the activity of milk of lime in beet sugar production using vapor condensation cavitation. The work aimed to develop a rational way of activating milk of lime using the effects of vapor condensation cavitation and its hardware design, substantiating the optimal values of the process parameters. It was established that to increase the activity of milk of lime at a steam potential of 0.18 MPa, an optimal consumption of water vapor using vapor condensation cavitation is required, which is 1 .75 – 2.0% to the weight of the suspension. This is ensured by the action of the combined CaO particles with the bulk of the steam, due to which the Their additional solution is due to the t-plot, which occurs through the boundary layer from the bubbles. As a result, a pre-saturated, water-lime suspension is created, in which the It is the number of dissolved calcium ions. It has been proven that the water vapour-treated suspension is 1.5 times lower It expands and has a volume of sediment of the solid phase in the medium that is 10% larger than that of processed suspension.
