This work analyzes the efficiency of metal plaque lubricants in bearing supports of machinery for public utilities and services at the stage of assembling and maintenance. The ways to improve performances of plastic lubricants are presented. Advantages and disadvantages of metal plaque plastic lubricants for friction unit of machinery for public utilities and services are discussed. Necessity of correct selection of metal plaque additives at the stages of assembling and maintenance of units and respective advantages are described depending on interaction of friction couples aiming at improvement of operation lifetime of machinery for public utilities and services. Based on experimental results of Russian and foreign researchers, including this work, a composite lubricant was proposed on the basis of TsIATIM-201 lubricant with MKF-18 additive in the concentration of 0.0075 wt %. The experimental results have demonstrated that the tribotechnical properties of the proposed composite lubricant are superior to those of basic lubricant in combination with widely applied additives. Under conditions of high and extra high loads, metal compounds are more preferable as metal plaque additives, whereas under normal loads, these are powdered metals. Among disadvantages of these additives, it is possible to mention the lack of stability of tribotechnical properties in wide load range: these properties are the most obvious under the action of either low or high loads.
The problem being reviewed in this article is quite complex and represents a combination of economic, technical, organizational, managerial relations in the management of the engineering systems of the real estate objects that arise in the process of forming a new technological paradigm in the context of growth of the digital economy. The article demonstrates that service activities cover a significant area of social relations associated with development, production and provisions of various types of services including the field of real estate. The study focuses on life cycle contracts for energy supply and it is shown that they are an integral part of the engineering systems management processes. The thesis is given that the service becomes an integral part of the good and the good becomes an integral part of the service. It is demonstrated that operation of the real estate objects including various intelligent buildings consists of various types of services which in one form or another are services by their nature – the services for maintaining the object in operative condition, the services for supplying the object with various resources, the services for maintaining the engineering systems of the object etc. It is shown the relationship between the processes of the real estate objects management and the processes related to the services actives. It is proposed to use the approaches of the systems engineering and the complex engineering in order to solve the tasks related to the management of the engineering systems.
Increasing the service life of bearing supports of washing and squeezing machines and technological equipment of public utilities and consumer services is an important task, as it will reduce downtime of equipment under repair and the consumption of spare parts, reduce lead times and increase their volume. The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of resource-saving methods of increasing the service life of bearing supports of washing and squeezing machines and technological equipment in the sphere of public utilities and consumer services. The authors carried out a detailed analysis of the technological and operational methods of increasing the service life of the bearing supports of washing-pressing machines and technological equipment of public utilities and consumer services based on the application of the metal-plating effect. The relevance of the application and proper selection of technological and operational methods depending on the frictional interaction of friction pairs to increase the service life of friction units of machines and technological equipment of public utilities and consumer services is shown. The analysis of technological and operational methods for increasing the service life of bearing supports of washing-pressing machines and technological equipment of public utilities and consumer services conducted in the article showed that the choice of a specific method should be carried out taking into account the conditions of friction interaction and modes of operation of friction pairs of bearing supports. The authors concluded that it is necessary to take into account the nature of the lubricant, the method of supplying lubricant to the friction zone, the presence of chemical interaction with chemically active media, therefore, the use of the above methods should be carried out in accordance with the relevant recommendations and instructions.
The article analysis the actual state and examine the probable development course of the service industry in the light of the innovative scheme of the economic development. This work reviews the hypothesis that the service industry existing in the modern-day Russian circumstances where the market is at the stage of saturation with both the household and industrial goods becomes that branch of the economy which focuses not only on providing the functioning of the durable goods and satisfying the people’s needs for various services but it is also one of the major economic sectors which is capable to adapt to the realities of the modern life while there is the transition to a new technological paradigm. The present work substantiates the necessity to work out the theoretical and methodological grounds and the recommendations for the management in the field of braches of the service industry in the face of development of the innovative digital economy in order to provide the formation of the new technological paradigm considering the current forecasts. The proposed methods for solving the tasks consider the evolutionary innovative processes in the service industry, the concept of serviceology, methods of the management study at various levels of the national economy as well as the researches results in the frame of the digital economy development while creating the new technological paradigm in the Russia Federation.
