Resumo: Este artigo apresenta uma discussão em torno de como o Curso de Pedagogia para os Povos Indígenas da Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (Unicentro), organizado de forma bilíngue, desenvolveu-se durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Para desenvolver esse objetivo, situamos o leitor na constituição do Curso e de como ele se estrutura pensando a língua materna de três etnias: Guarani, Kaingang e Xetá; e o português no seu currículo. Empregamos uma análise com pesquisadores que trabalharam com essa temática, promovendo uma discussão bibliográfica e documental. Como resultados, percebemos que, apesar dos processos terem se desenvolvido de maneira satisfatória, há ainda muito a avançar nos debates sobre ensino remoto emergencial, principalmente para os povos indígenas.
