Consultas previstas para atendimento de um acidente com exposição a material biológico, 46 7.2 Recursos laboratoriais necessários ao atendimento de acidentes com exposição a material biológico, 46 7.3 Rotinas de investigação laboratorial, 47 7.4 Esquema básico e ampliado de profilaxia pós-exposição (PPE) ao HIV, 48 Referências bibliográficas, 50 Anexos, 57 Anexo A-Avaliação laboratorial nas exposições a material biológico , 57 Anexo B-Termos de consentimento, 60 Anexo C-Medicamentos, 65 Anexo D-Hepatite delta, 70 2 EScopo 2.1 Doença e condição Exposição a material biológico-sangue, fluidos orgânicos potencialmente infectantes (sêmen, secreção vaginal, liquor, líquido sinovial, líquido pleural, peritoneal, pericárdico e amniótico), fluidos orgânicos potencialmente não-infectantes (suor, lágrima, fezes, urina e saliva), exceto se contaminado com sangue. 2.2 Tipo de protocolo Diagnóstico, tratamento e prevenção da exposição ocupacional ao material biológico, restrito à transmissão do vírus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV), do vírus da hepatite B (HBV) e do vírus da hepatite C (HCV). 2.3 Público-Alvo Todos os profissionais e trabalhadores que atuam, direta ou indiretamente, em atividades onde há risco de exposição ao sangue e a outros materiais biológicos, incluindo aqueles profissionais que prestam assistência domiciliar e atendimento pré-hospitalar (ex. bombeiros, socorristas, etc.). 2.4 Objetivo Estabelecer sistemática de atendimento nos diferentes níveis de complexidade que permita diagnóstico, condutas, medidas preventivas e notificação da exposição a material biológico, prioritariamente na transmissão do vírus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV), do vírus da hepatite B (HBV) e do vírus da hepatite C (HCV). 4 MEtodoLoGiA 4.1 Métodos utilizados para a coleta e seleção das evidências Pesquisa em bases de dados eletrônicas (BVS-Bireme; PubMED; Sum Search; National Guideline Clearinghouse; Cochrane Library; Guidelines Finder).
