O seguinte artigo aborda a articulação entre dois conceitos atuais que se inscrevem no contexto laboral latino-americano, a Aprendizagem organizacional, processo cognitivo-social pelo qual os membros da organização constroem, estabelecem práticas e ideologias institucionalizadas. E, o Empreendedorismo social como nova forma de configuração do trabalho que busca a transformação e emancipação social, se apresentando como um modelo de agenciamento alterno ao capitalismo. Este artigo foi realizado por meio de uma revisão de literatura, considerando como fontes principais, os periódicos e revistas latino-americanas inscritas nos campos de estudo, Psicologia e administração.
The research objective is to understand how it happens the process of identity construction works in social entrepreneurs from four Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia. Specifically, the research aims to describe the career path of the social entrepreneurs participating in the study, to analyze the inflection points that allowed the identity as social entrepreneurs and to compare the differences and similarities among the identity constructions of the social entrepreneurs from these different countries. It is proposed a qualitative and descriptive study through the analysis of the life's history. The narratives of social entrepreneurs showed inflection points related with the construction of their career path within social entrepreneurship, characterized by the influence of family and economic factors, by the dynamics of work and growth of the led social enterprise and by contact with national and international organizational support networks. By analyzing the participant's inflection points similarities, a categorization of the different identity constructions of work of the social entrepreneurs was carried out; The first category, identity constructions of restoration work, the second identity constructions of life project work and the third identity constructions of legitimating work.
