In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved. New approaches to the development of the content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists of the new formation, as well as introduction of the modern technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions are studied. It is noted that the educational process should be transformed in the direction of individualization of educational interaction, learning, formation of creative thinking and increase of independent work of students. It is characterized that a specialist-innovator is the bearer of specific innovations, their creator, modifier, it has wide possibilities and has an unlimited field of activity, since in practice it is convinced of the efficiency of existing technologies and teaching methods and can correct them, carry out research work, develop new methods and technology. The focus of this activity is the innovative potential of a future specialist. The directions of introduction into the educational process of modern technologies are revealed, where the teacher becomes more and more the functions of a consultant, counselor, mentor, since in professional activity not only special subject knowledge is realized, but also modern knowledge in the field of pedagogy and psychology, acmeology, technology of education and upbringing. In the course of scientific research, the preconditions for creating a concept for forming the readiness of future specialists for the implementation of innovation as the basis for improving the educational process, the essence of which is the introduction of modern tools and methods into the traditional system of education, is outlined. the pedagogical conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of training of future specialists in educational institutions are highlighted; substantiated the basic provisions, the observance of which provides the training of specialists of the new formation to the implementation of healthcare-saving technologies. It is emphasized that in the educational space of a higher educational institution it is necessary to create conditions that will promote the formation of the right attitude of health professionals to the health of the future as the main value of the person that will significantly stimulate their reflective activity and awareness of personal responsibility for the health of their pupils.

An analysis of the structure of training of future specialists in higher education institutions is presented, which predicts mastery of a complex of professional and personal components of a future specialist. The peculiarities of preparation of future specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational programs offered by educational establishments have been clarified. Types of variety of industrial and research practices are shown, forms and methods of teaching are named. The content of the professional training of future specialists is characterized, the prerequisites for creating the concept of forming the future specialists' willingness to carry out innovative activity are outlined; conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of preparation of future specialists in educational establishments are explained; The basic provisions are substantiated, the observance of which ensures the training of new formation specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies. It is noted that the capacity for self-organization is the basis of successful professional activity of the future specialist and the educational disciplines of the programs of preparation of domestic higher education institutions are observed, the study of which contributes to the formation of the competence of selforganization. The essence of the problem under consideration and the technology of its solution are revealed.
The article focuses on the students’ readiness for online education in Ukrainian pedagogical higher education institutions, since distance learning is not only a new learning technology for teachers-to-be, but also the object of their study and further application in the pedagogical career. The study employed the authors’ questionnaires for 120 faculty members and 320 students, observations and diagnostic tests. To assess the students’ current readiness for e-learning, the following criteria were employed: independence in the acquisition of knowledge, cognitive activity, mastering methods of online education activities. Characteristics of levels of students’ readiness for e-learning are given. The need for initial training of teachers and students to use distance learning technologies is confirmed. Analysis of research data revealed mostly medium and sufficient level of teachers’-to-be independence of learning, cognitive activity and experience of application of online educational activities. Basic conceptual positions and conditions for effective e-learning in Ukrainian pedagogical higher education institutions as prerequisites for students’ readiness for e-education are described.
The article proposes a model for evaluating the activities of retail enterprise, which is based on five stages and allows determining ways to increase the efficiency of functioning, which will improve the adaptive properties of the economic object. The analysis of types of KPI is carried out, process and functional approaches are identified as the main ones for the direct development of key performance indicators, as well as the characteristics of the evaluation of effective marketing at enterprises, including those that function in the sphere of retail trade, are determined. The authors considered how modeling and forecasting of key financial indicators of an enterprise contribute to the creation of strategies for its development. The article notes that for the initial evaluation of a retail enterprise focused on long-term success, it is mandatory to conduct an audit aimed at assessing the efficiency of the economic object and defining how quickly the enterprise adapts to dynamic environmental conditions. The carried out analysis allowed to identify the key factors that contribute to an improvement of the enterprise’s operation. Also, on the example of the Isikawa diagram, the ratio of KPI, strategies and understanding of business processes was considered in order to set, control and analyze the achievement of goals.
