Strategic adaptation is one of the effective approaches of enterprise management, which is based on implementing safety-oriented management, taking into account current dangers, threats and risks. First, such adaptation is associated with changes in the enterprise management system, aimed at establishing appropriate communications between the structural divisions of the enterprise, the distribution of authorities and responsibility for making decisions, counteracting the opportunistic behavior of employees due to changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise management. In the process of research, the use of L. Greiner's Model of Organizational Change was proposed (for a generalized picture of the sequence of organizational changes), and the Change Curve Model by J. Duck was adapted (when developing a fundamental sequence of measures to identify the main causes of workers' resistance and choose ways to counter it). This allows optimizing the processes of strategic adaptation within the safety oriented approach of enterprise management.
The article is aimed at researching the key problem of information and analytical provision of enterprise in the context of digitalization of the economy. The publication indicates the growth of the role of information in the implementation of management activities by an economic entity and its general role in the operation of the modern enterprise. Approaches to interpretation of the concepts of «information» and «information provision» are examined. It is defined that today the main problem of information-analytical provision of economic activity is the leakage of confidential information as one of the forms of materialization of threats to the information security of enterprise, which consists in violation of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. It is further defined that the leakage of information at the enterprise is usually caused by the following actions: unauthorized access to confidential information; disclosure of confidential information (including the unintentional disclosure); leakage of information via the imperfect technical channels. The channels of possible information leakage are considered. In addition, the analysis of statistical data on information leakage in the global dimension was carried out. According to the researches, in 2019, among the total volume of information leakage, 49.7% of the volume is accounted for by external actors and 50.3% by internal offenders. In general, in the system of information and communication provision, special attention of the management of enterprise should be directly paid to internal communications, since more than 90% of the information comes in from employees. It should be noted that the reasons for the leakage of the enterprise’s information due to the fault of internal actors may be: unintentional actions on the part of the enterprise’s employees related to errors in the processing, storage or transmission of confidential data; the caused by certain reasons actions of employees who have access to confidential information. This may include the actions of employees who use the enterprise’s data for fraud purposes, as well as the actions of former employees who, motivated by their desire for retaliation for dismissal, «contribute» to the leakage of confidential information, passing it on to competitors or using it for their own mercenary purposes.
The article examines the safety culture of modern enterprises from the standpoint of safety-oriented approach within five components: teamwork, organizational component, functional component, identification of bottlenecks, and "work on mistakes" risk minimization. This position for highlighting the structural elements of security culture is explained by the possibility of covering all components of economic security of enterprise and management system, with emphasis on actions and reactions of direct performers and managers at different levels. The article describes the procedures for assessing safety culture, which includes nine stages. One of the main elements of such an assessment is the use of an appropriate questionnaire, which, with anonymity and prompt processing allows us to establish the real situation with the level of safety culture at an enterprise. The assessment of the level of safety culture was carried out on the example of five enterprises, and it was determined the stage for each of them (pathological, reactive, calculative, proactive, generative). Management decisions and certain measures to improve its level are taken based on the results of a comprehensive assessment, which in turn directly affects the economic security of an enterprise.
Enterprise management is based on the need to make and justify management decisions that contribute to its development. It is almost impossible to determine the risk of a particular managerial decision, and excessive risk in the implementation of individual projects can lead to loss of business. Therefore, management faces the need to find a balance between benefits and risks, at which, on the one hand, it will be possible to develop a company and, on the other hand, adhere to postulates of safetyoriented management. Since management decisions cannot be foreseen for all possible situations and combinations of risk-benefit ratios, a universal model is proposed. It implies a golden ratio, depending on the limited number of current conditions, that would satisfy an enterprise management from the standpoint of sufficient justification on a decision. The article proposes a probabilistic neural network architecture and Matlab parameters of a probabilistic neural network for diagnosing the states of a safety-oriented control system. The proposed model in the form of a probabilistic neural network generates a response to input data on previous month under estimation, and forms an optimal state for a next month.

Умови реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління підприємствами з урахуванням існуючих загроз У статті проаналізовано актуальне середовище функціонування вітчизняних підприємств і визначено особливості формування системи їх економічної безпеки з акцентом на вдосконалення управлінських підходів. З метою реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління підприємствами запропоновано перелік умов реалізації такого управління та визначено важливість урахування актуальних загроз і ризиків. З позиції економічної безпеки безпекоорієнтоване управління пропонується розглядати як новий управлінський підхід у діяльності вітчизняних підприємств, що характеризується відповідним рівнем безпеки взаємодії. Визначено, що завжди буде існувати певна кількість умов формалізації управлінських процесів, які опосередковано або безпосередньо будуть впливати на ефективність і принципову можливість реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління у практичній площині. Тобто існує певна сукупність умов реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління. Принципово їх можливо поділити на дві великі групи: які піддаються впливу та які не піддаються впливу на мікрорівні. Здійснено конкретизацію таких умов у розрізі двох груп і визначено особливості їх формування та впливу на економічну безпеку макро-, мезо-та мікрорівнів. Визначено перспективи подальших досліджень у розрізі питань методичного, організаційного та ресурсного забезпечення реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління підприємствами.
