The study describes an approach to e-learning based on the Moodle platform that is used to visualize participation in the learning community and is proposed to be used to inform students and teachers about their involvement in the social learn-ing environment. The experiment involved 5 teachers and 3 experts who deter-mined the most significant visualization indicators for the virtual learning envi-ronment dashboards. There were 42 students aged 21 to 23. The virtual learning environment is based on the Moodle and Blackboard platforms that are common-ly used in universities. SocialWall allowed participants to perform actions in the social environment that are visualized in graphs under the specified criteria. A Wiki repository plugin was also added in order to accumulate student knowledge in shared structured documents stored in a shared repository. The relational data-base management system MySQL allows creation of additional relations, data-base design and administration. The visualization activities described in the study are based on modified state transition networks to analyze and visualize the stu-dent learning path. Student trajectory networks show the interaction of individual learners or groups with the course structure and material.
The article discusses the features of engineering solutions in the construction of facilities for the processing of waste, including construction management of temporary waste storage, waste treatment and incineration plants with the provision of recycling or disposal of residual waste. When developing the design solutions one should consider the availability of existing facilities at large industrial enterprises and the possibility of creation on their basis of major regional recycling centres; the factors of production specialization and cooperation development in the implementation of investment projects; creation of industrial parks, specializing in the processing of solid waste. The article describes the main indicators of the construction of a plant for the thermal treatment of municipal solid waste. The authors consider the advantages of such projects, resulting in reduction of volume of disposed solid waste by 70-80%, the possibility of building objects close to the places of waste generation and reduction of transportation routes, environmental safety of plants with proper maintenance, creating a comfortable environment and enhancing the quality of life of the population.

The assessment of transport infrastructure is one of the significant criteria for a foreigner who chooses another country as a place of work or study. This article is aimed at identifying and scientifically describing ethnic stereotypes in the assessment of transport and transport infrastructure of the host country, analyzing the elements of ethnic consciousness involved in the formation of prejudices towards foreign culture or everyday phenomena. Since any ethnic stereotypes are "fragments of contacts" between peoples, their assessment in terms of historical and cultural interaction seems important and timely. Ethnic stereotypes in the assessment of transport infrastructure have a significant impact on the formation of the image of the country and affect the process of social and cultural adaptation of a foreigner. Research carried out in this direction makes it possible to find effective solutions to specific problems and to take into account the specifics and the influence of the human factor on the artificial environment, and the transport environment is part of it. Given the diversity of real ethnic groups, which include traffic users, it is necessary to raise the issue of developing verified programs of social and cultural adaptation for various categories of foreign citizens.
