In this work the implementation of calculation of bended deformations of teeth of gear wheels from composites is considered. To solve the problems considered (calculation of stress-strain state), an automated technique was developed and a program module was created. The flexural deformation of a toothed tooth tooth from a fibrous material with anisotropic properties under the action of concentrated force in various distinctive points on the surface of the tooth is researched. To calculate the deformation of gear wheels from metals and plastics, a program is also developed in the Delphi environment, which makes it possible to implement the calculation of the coefficient of bending deformation of the tooth of the toothed wheel. Three models of the tooth were considered: in the form of a wedge, parabolas and evolvents with a gallet. The algorithm is developed and the program, which implements the calculation of the bending coefficient coefficient for three models of the gear tooth of composites, is developed.
Based on the solutions of contact problems for fibrous materials and coatings of composite materials, the article considers the implementation of the method of calculating the pliability of gears of composite materials, determining the contact parameters of coatings of fibrous materials. To calculate the contact deformations of gears made of metals and composites, a program was developed in the Delphi environment, which makes it possible to calculate the coefficients of contact deformation of the gear tooth, as well as the calculation of contact deformations for a tooth with a fibrous coating. An integral equation is presented, which gives a solution of the contact problem of pressing a stamp into an orthotropic coating. To study the influence of the properties of the material and the thickness of the coating on the contact parameters, a computer program was compiled, which was used to calculate for different thicknesses.
The effectiveness of combined endoscopic hemostasis was 88.2% for primary hemostasis in acute ulcerative gastroduodenal bleeding. Herewith, surgical activity and mortality were decreased.
Рассмотрены аналитические и численные решения задач статического индентирования и описания ползучести, релаксации в покрытиях из композитов. Предложены модели контактного взаимодействия волокнистых материалов, исследован контакт шарового и цилиндрических инденторов с тонким покрытием, лежащем на жестком основании, на основе асимптотических решений теории упругости анизотропного тела получены аналитические зависимости для определения параметров контактного взаимодействия, армированного металлическими волокнами, тонкого резинового слоя с индентором. Проведено экспериментальное исследование контакта жесткого индентора с резиновым слоем, армированным металлическими волокнами.
