Obiettivi: il progetto si propone di elaborare un processo lavorativo critico “uscita del paziente” al fine di un miglioramento continuo della qualità delle prestazioni offerte dalla Struttura Complessa uniformando, sotto quest’aspetto, il paziente con disturbi mentali a tutti gli altri degenti ospedalieri; Metodologia: gruppo di lavoro formato dall’equipe medica e infermieristica, avvalendosi della metodologia FMEA; Risultati: l’elaborazione di una scheda FMEA con l’analisi del processo “uscita pazienti”; Conclusioni: Il documento prodotto ha suscitato nel gruppo di lavoro notevoli discussioni e riflessioni sull’operato di ciascuno; l’elaborato finale ha visto numerose revisioni ad ogni incontro di lavoro e particolarmente utile sarebbe stato includere nel gruppo un facilitatore esterno con esperienza metodologica in merito.
Nel nostro servizio si è realizzata soprattutto una formazione residenziale costituita dall’acquisizione di crediti formativi quale premio per avere partecipato a attività formative tipo conferenze, lezioni, seminari, convegni. Col tempo è nata negli operatori la necessità di un approfondimento riguardante la propria pratica professionale e una disamina dei problemi e delle criticità posti nello specifico contesto di lavoro. Nel 2007 si è pertanto optato per una formazione sul campo, cioè un approccio basato su problemi concreti e specifici da risolvere utilizzando tecniche didattiche incentrate sulla interattività e sul diretto coinvolgimento degli operatori con applicabilità immediata degli elementi appresi alla prassi operativa quotidiana. La formazione è intesa non come “in-formazione”, ma come “dare una forma insieme”, costruire una realtà condivisa riguardo ad un argomento, il caso clinico per noi. Benché esista un supervisore la comunicazione non è unidirezionale “da chi sa a chi non sa” bensì bidirezionale, interattiva in quanto tutti gli operatori sono portatori di un sapere maturato sul campo con il paziente. La formazione diviene pertanto anche educativa, favorendo il cambiamento (cognitivo, emotivo, comportamentale).
