A generalized mathematical model of the functioning of air-sieve machines and sieve modules is presented. Based on the regression equations adequately describing the processes occurring on the sieves, the simulation of the calculation schemes of the sieve modules of grain cleaning machineswas carried out.The modeling results, such as the purity of the grain material, the completeness of the separation of impurities, the content of weed and grain impurities are presented in the form of dependencies, allowing them to be analyzed and selected the most efficient grain cleaning machine for the production line of seed material.

The analysis of the infection of grains, stems and roots of various types of cereals with mitospores fungi was carried out. The variability of pathogenic properties of Fusarium fungi depending on the part of the ear is shown. The results of the research are important for the targeted diagnosis of fusarium of grain crops and plants of the ear.

A comparative characteristic of physicochemical and technological properties is given, based on the water-holding capacity and stability of the obtained emulsions. Recommendations are given for the practical use of sunflower and soybean lecithin produced by Lasenor Rusiya, RF, Rostov-on-Don.

The classification of rests obtained at different stages of sunflower cleaning in preparation for oil extraction is presented.
