A purpose of the article is a evaluation of laboratory exercises as methods of the practical learning of accounting, effected by students of The Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Szczecin. In the article results of the questionnaire survey were presented showed that the level of laboratory exercises from accounting in the department was satisfactory. An improvement of the quality of conducted classes is important. University teachers should above all acquire practical experience.
The aim of the study is to present the elements which influence the value of didactic grants in public universities in Poland. Particular attention was paid to these elements which are to measure the education quality, i.e. the student-teacher ratio and parametric evaluation of the research entities of a university. The article also contains postulated criteria which should be taken into consideration while defining the rules of financing the didactic activities of a public university.
The aim of this article is to identify the characteristics which should be characterized by a university teacher who is an authority on student opinion. Development of the article preceded by literature studies and surveys conducted among university students. The main method used in the article is the analysis of the sources and the method of deduction and induction. The study allowed us to develop a set of characteristics of an academic teacher's authority. The content in this article are the description of the silhouette of an academic teacher in the literature, and on the basis of the conducted survey.
