The research was a qualitative study using a case description in the elementary Muhammadiyah Macanan. The informans are head master of elementary Muhammadiyah Mcanan, PAI dan Budi Pekerti’s teacher, coordinator of curriculum, Thafidz’s teacher, teacher’s class, and fifth graders. The technique for collecting datas are used observations, and documentations, and indepth interviews. And the result showed that: 1) manajement of curriculum development program PAI dan Budi Pekerti used four functions management, they are a) Plannings arranged in the vision, missions, and objectives of the program, and the various programs, they are short term, medium-term, and long term programs b) Organizing of human resources involved in the preparation of program and graduation competency standards, c) Implementations of development program are devided to dhuha prayers, dzuhur prayers, jum’at prayers, reading the holly Qur’an, and memorizing the qur’an. And content standards consisting of core competencies and basic competencies d) Evaluations are devided to achievement of planning, organizing, and implementing through graduation competency standards in dimency of attitude and skills. 2) The building of religious characters are devided to a) the teacher’s way how to provide the building religious characters; b) the teacher’s way to do the building religious characters; c) habituation methods in building religious characters.
The study aims to know the integration of mathematics history on mathematics learning in phytagoras material to motivate students on mathematics learning. This study is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection of literature review. The integration mathematics history in mathematics learning can be in a form of utilization of problems and solution that is inspired from math history, utilization of anecdote or stories from history to inspire, utilization of mathematics problems in history as a source of question, etc. Mathematical concept was created from necessity to solve problems in daily basis and that concept can grow along with the growing of needs and knowledge by the humans themselves.Mathematics history as an aid in learning process, can give a new experience for the students and make mathematics learning more meaningful because of the relation of daily activities.
<p class="AbstrakAGC">Blind people are people with disabilities due to the dysfunction of the sense of vision, this condition triggers the birth of various mental disorders. This qualitative study tries to examine the mental problems of blind vision disorders in the Sahabat Mata Semarang Community and the solutions the management is trying to overcome. The results of the study show that mental disorders with visual impairments include difficulties in adapting to the environment, anxiety about the future of a career and soul mate, prolonged stress due to dependence on others and no economic independence, and do not yet have self-acceptance. One of the efforts undertaken by the management of this community is to build peer social support, namely support provided by fellow blind people in the form of emotional support, appreciation support, structural support, information support, and real assistance. The various supports are built by holding regular recitals, monthly community meetings, and building good interpersonal relationships. Such peer social support, felt blind can provide alternative solutions and a variety of mental disorder problems they experience.</p>
An understanding of laboratory management is highly important to be owned by parties related to the laboratory, both directly and indirectly. Laboratories must be managed and utilized properly, because chemical laboratories are one type of laboratory that is considered quite dangerous in the context of carrying out education, research, and / or community service. This study aims to describe the management of a chemical laboratory using qualitative descriptive research methods. Research subjects were the principal, vice chairman of the curriculum, chair of the laboratory, and teachers in the field of chemistry studies. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research are: 1) Planning of chemical laboratory work program has been prepared and standardized by the head of the laboratory, 2) Organizing the laboratory structurally already exists, 3) Organizing by the principal involving all those involved in laboratory management, 4) The implementation of the program is suitable with the plan of the work program, 5) Supervision and evaluation of the principal must still be carried out intensively. In other words, laboratory management at SMA 55 Jakarta has been well organized.
This study aims to describe the process of Islamization of Gresik in the 14th century brought by Shaykh Maulana Malik Ibrahim and recorded in the Babad Gresik I. This study uses the qualitative research method based on the study of literature of Babad Gresik I manuscript which has been in the form of Indonesian translation book written by Soekarman (1990). The results of this study are (1) The profile of Shaykh Maulana Malik Ibrahim, including: (a) The arrival of Shaykh Maulana Malik Ibrahim in Gresik region recorded in Babad Gresik I and (b) The death of Shaykh Maulana Malik Ibrahim recorded in Babad Gresik I as well as (2) The methods of da'wah conducted by Shaykh Maulana Malik Ibrahim in the process of Islamization of Gresik in the 14th century including two methods, namely: (a) Da'wah methods through the trade/commerce routes recorded in Babad Gresik I and (2) Da'wah methods through education Islamic boarding schools recorded in Babad Gresik I. Overall, it can be seen that there were some contributions of Syaykh Maulana Malik Ibrahim in the process of Islamization in the 14th century in Gresik that was recorded in Babad Gresik I.
