Çiçeklenme başlangıcında hasat edilen bitki örneklerinin mikro besin elementi ve potansiyel toksik ağır metal alımındaki etkisi Bor (B), Nikel (Ni) kobalt (Co) and demir (Fe) hariç, diğer elemental içerikleri analiz edilmiştir.
Phosphorus (P) fertilization is commonly based on soil testing, for which a variety of different soil P extraction methods are in use. The purpose of this investigation, Phosphorus status of Erzurum plain (centre) soils was to determine and also to find out suitability of different extraction methods (distilled water, NaHCO3, and sequential extraction method Step 1. and 6.) in determining of the plant available Phosphorus in Erzurum region soils. Representative 19 soils samples were collected from different soil locations. In order to select the most suitable chemical method as related to Phosphorus content of test plant (potato) was taken as the standart (biological) index. The results of the statistical analyses indicated that, all chemical extraction methods were not interrelated with biological indexes for the plant available phosphorus investigated in Erzurum plain soils.
Abstract-The purpose of this investigation, was to comparison of different plant digestion methods ( Diacid & Microwave) for used to determine phosphorus (P) content of potato leaf grown in of Pasinler and Oltu District Agricultural Soils . Representative 74 leaf samples were collected from potato grown in different soil locations. In order to comparison were used two different digestion methods. Using the microwave and di acid (HNO 3 +HCLO 4 ) digestion technique, P contents in potato leaf were determined, and , spectrometry was used for the determination of P in leaf samples in Erzurum, Oltu,Pasinler, Turkey. The results of the statistical analyses indicated that , did not show any significant differences between the two digestion systems of P nutrient . This result indicates that these systems can be used for the digestion of plant P content in Erzurum, Pasinler and Oltu district agricultural soils either by using concentrated di acid (nitric-perchloric acid) or microwave digestion methods.
The purpose of this investigation, micronutrients and some heavy metals status of Erzurum plain (centre) soils was to determine and also to find out suitability of different extraction methods (DTPA-TEA and sequential extraction method ) in determining of the plant available micronutrient and some heavy metal in Erzurum region soils. Representative 19 soils samples were collected from different soil locations. In order to select the most suitable chemical method as related to Phosphorus content of test plant (potato) was taken as the standart (biological) index. The results of the statistical analyses indicated that, sequential extraction methods and DTPA-TEA method were not interrelated with biological indexes for the plant available micro nutrients and some heavy metals except sequential method step.6 residual Mn investigated in Erzurum plain soils.
The purpose of this study was to studiedsuitablity of sequential extraction method for determining exchangeable cations (Ca,Mg,K and Na) in Erzurum plain agriculture soils. The purpose of also thiswas aimed investigation to exchangeable cation status of Erzurum plain soils was as well as to determine find out suitability of different extraction methods (NH40Ac extraction method and sequential extraction method) for the availability exchangeable cations (Ca,Mg,K,Na)in Erzurum region soils. Representative 19 of soils samples were collected from different soil locations of Erzurum. In order to select the most suitable chemical method as related to exchangeable cations content of the test plant (potato) was taken as the standart (biological) index. The results of this study showed that plant available Ca,Mg,K,Na obtained with sequentaly extraction step 2 exchangeable K and step.6 exchangeable Na residual chemical exraction methods were interrelated (p<0.05) with K and Na content of potato leaf (biological index) for Erzurum Plain soils.
